The staff here are amazing especially considering the stress and situations they probably go through daily. My only complaint would be when they misplaced an affidavit, claimed it was never filed, suggested that the individual who filed it could have lied about doing it, and then not searching my file for the affidavit like they said they would. Had a very lovely lady correct the issue today for me.

The representative was polite and tried to be helpful BUT I was there as a last resort. Their phone system is not working properly, their website contained inaccurate information and the fact that the court was NOT taking motions at the window was nowhere to be found. These are smart people, they can do better.
