Be careful if you are military and utilizing BGRS for your sale with this firm. During the closing of my property, the firm almost gave me $5,000 less than I was entitled to from the sale because they utilized the buyer’s downpayment towards the commission and did not seek full reimbursement from BGRS. I only received the money because I noticed the discrepancy and it took quite a few emails back-and-forth before they realized their mistake and forwarded me the rest of the money that I was entitled to. I am disappointed that I had to correct the math of a professional law firm and hope they have corrected their practices moving forward.

I got a quotation for $2000 for my house closing, did not notice disclosure of extra fees in quote, paid almost $2500 at closing including lawyer fees and disbursements(document charges were mostly the extra, don’t know what it is exactly though). Very busy people it seems, they don’t reply to your emails but actions them, everything went well with my closing though.
