Without a warning or foresight i had my drivers license suspended and my world including work was turned off. I called Aitken Robertson and spoke with Jami for quite some time. Even though they had not retained my business at that point he still listened in great depth and reassured me we’d get through this. I was very happy with the service and results I received from Jami at Aitken Robertson. If I was convicted of my charge, it would have meant a big fine and very bad consequences for my insurance, and possibly a suspension. He appeared ready for trial and won my case! The whole experience was professional and efficient. I was facing a impaired driving charge and never being in trouble before I was scared and unsure of the process. Richard and team were able to get my charge dropped to dangerous driving and a conditional discharge ( meaning the charge will disappear after 1 year ) I couldn’t have asked for a better result as I did not want to have a criminal record . You might not hear from them much but rest assured they are working on your case and When you do reach out to his team they are very responsive. I hope to never see Richard again ???? as I have learned my lesson in poor decision making ! But I will never forget what they did for me . I went to Aitken Robertson last year approximately 12 months ago facing 7 charges. Assault x3, extortion x2, utter threats x2, most of it was historical as my x planned a legal assault on me for months. This firm after reading many good reviews I decided to hire. I put my future in the hands of Jordan Tekinos, and let them work The only contacted me when they needed something… And they did not fabricate emails and letters in order to pad their own pockets The pricing was fair and cheap in my opinion. In the end this professional legal team dug down to the bottom and presented the real story to the courts Approximately eight months later, an excellent result happened... All charges dropped, save for one utter threat. And if it wasn’t for my criminal record it would’ve been deleted as well. If you’re hot water, look no further. Strait goods. After being charged with Impaired driving 2nd time in 4 years and having phenomenal result in 2017 I contacted Aitken Robinson Immediately without hesitation. And requested Justin Marchant be assigned to my case. Having thought the results where quite cut and dry I wasn't sure what the outcome would be. I'm happy to say with Justin on the case and a horse shoe up my arse, Justin was able to find various discrepancies in my file which lead the crown to give us a plea deal of careless driving.
