because I had a claim with a previous insurance company I was forced to switch companies and went with Aubie and Degrass only because the owner Roger promised me a far bigger coverage and better rate after a year or 2 as he agreed my minimum coverage on my home should be a minimum of 500.000.00,.. paid high premiums for the past several years and have received no decrease in premiums and instead they were increased with no increase in coverage whatsoever. I recently had a pipe burst in my wall and was informed that I am not covered for water leaks or burst pipes in a province where it is likely to run into these matters due to our weather. I know for certain I never did agree to this nor have I ever signed such a ridiculous policy where apparently even the deductible is 5,000.00!!!!!! Never signed such a policy and I have nothing saying what I am covered for so in my opinion I have been paying house insurance for absolute nothing at all and will be seeing a lawyer regarding this situation, It's REDICULOUS and Rogers word to me means nothing!!!!
