A terrible lawyer, is out to line his pockets. Endless letters that get nowhere that his assistant puts together and you pay $450 per hour. He writes letters and will not listen to his clients at all and charges you for it. Anyone considering this guy should run fast and far. I wish I had read so many of these reviews before I retained him and lost thousands of dollars with the result of just another padded bill.

I called Aug 30th to discuss my bill, still haven't received a call back. Called again middle of Sept. still no call back. Called again beginning of Oct. No call back. Now I get a condescending and arrogant email from Andrew Zyp saying the matter is closed and to pick up my file and pay my bill. Well Andrew, your incompetent employee by the name of Krista started all this mess. I wonder if she'll try to correct it? Will I get a call back now?

This firm failed me horrifically in my opinion, Marni Goodman failed to be promt with returning emails and allowed me to go to a pick up of my son without a warning that my crazy ex took away my visitation using a form of private investigation work that invaded my privacy. She also aloud me to sign a smoking gun agreement that put me in a horrible position right off the hop. A great father who works hard for a living with absolutely no reason not to have 50/50 custody of his baby boy, received a mere 7 hours a week after a wasted negotiation back and fourth with the mother of my child. All while collecting money from the goverment through legal aid. In my opinion she does not care about her clients at all and is purely in the industry to cash a check.

Rude! Never had the chance to actually deal with them unfortunately. I have called twice, the first time they took 15 minutes taking my info, telling me they would give me a call back but never contacted me., after some time I have called them back to check what is going on and the secretary very rudely has asked me “ if I would like to check if any other firm can help me out”. No other explanations. I have asked again if they could help and she again repeated the same question. I would like to let the secretary know who’s worked on Friday October 9th that if a customer reaches out to you and for whatever reason you guys are not capable of helping him/her out., there is no reason to suggest to go and look for some other firm after pretending to take infos and promising to call back. Instead of wasting people’s time, just say you can’t help.
