I will leave my review, but sincerely believe that Peter and his team will continue to get great reviews and will do better when new potential clients reach out. *** I reached out to Peter's office to get some information on a offer to purchase with a house that is currently going through probate. This is my first house I am purchasing and was just looking for information and to hire a lawyer. The lady who returned my call told me " well you have to reach out to your lawyer to find that out" to which I responded that's why I am calling you - throughout the conversation she kept making sarcastic remarks like "well I'm gonna need names" when I told her my boyfriend and I were buying the house. Then when I told her the sale was private she responded "oohh boyyy". I explained I've never had to use a lawyer for anything and just seeing if this is even possible to do. She responded yes it was possible - then asked when we are planning on purchasing the house. I told her as soon as probate is finished to which she laughed well we cant help you we are booked until August. I get that I am unexperienced with the process but was genuinely reaching out for help - left a really bad taste in my mouth.

My wife and I just recently had Peter and his staff prepare new wills and powers of attorney for property and for personal. Being seniors and in a high-risk state… re Covid -19, we were nervous about going into the office. I know that they have made great strides in virus proofing their office. When we explained that we have not been into any stores or offices since the provincial lock down, Peter suggested that we do it online. What a great experience! We emailed our requests to him. In return, Peter sent us proofs of the documents with extra suggestions. It was easy to review the documents at our leisure in our home. After reviewing the documents, we made final requests and emailed them back to the office. Peter emailed the final copies to us. I printed them at home. Using our computer and Skype, we connected to his office. Peter and a staff member watched us sign the various documents. Upon completion, we drove to Peter’s parking lot. Peter, himself, came out to our car, took the documents into his office for finalization. Ten minutes later, he returned with our finalized documents. What a simple procedure! We enjoyed being able to stay self-isolation.
