After the passing of my mother-in-law in January 2018 we visited Epstein & Assoc. on Feb.1st to obtain their assistance in her Estate management. Their prime focus is getting a $2500 up-front retainer and advising their cost is $400.00 per hour. We provided all of the requested information and awaited the probate process to be finalized. Not having heard anything by July we contacted them to see what the hold up was. We were advised that we had to come in for a meeting to sign some documents. It turned out that it had been sitting on a clerks desk for 6 months and probate had not been filed. They did apologize and provided a fee reduction and assured it would be filed the next day. It wasn't but was filed that week. The probate was completed on Oct.3rd but we were not notified until Oct.22nd . When we picked up the documents, the final bill worked out to $2500 exactly. They obviously know what they are doing but not very efficient.

In less than 2 weeks all documents were prepared to our satisfaction. They were very flexible in allowing them to be signed virtually via zoom. I was referred by my company's Employee Assistance Program to Epstein & Associates which made me entitled to a discount. The initial contact from Ashley was great as she provided me a complete quote inclusive of all charges, so no surprise for any additional costs at closing. This allows me to plan and prepare for the exact closing costs. Unlike some other lawyers who advertise a lower legal fee but then they add other fees which you have not budgeted. The next step was pretty streamlined with Christine making all follow up on time to receive all documents. On signing, the lawyer was very kind to explain each and every items of the deed as well as additional questions supported by examples. They also have several locations which made it easy for me to go to the nearest office. I will definitely recommend Epstein & Associates to anyone looking for a serious, professional, responsive and affordable lawyer.

Absolutely excellent experience throughout! Mark Epstein was always professional and gave sound legal advice throughout a very long 2 year divorce process. Mark was literally available 24/7!
