I hired Mr. Cugelman to deal with a matter I had gotten myself into. I gave him my wishful outcome of the case and he was able to achieve it without any issues. During times when I was stressed and asking lots of questions, trying to sort my matter out, he always remained calm and professional. He is very transparent and will tell you exactly what he feels is reasonable and follows all the rules and uses them to your advantage. In my experience I would say Mr Cugelman is a great lawyer to help you with criminal matters serious and minor. I would refer his office to anyone in need of counsel. I was charged with serious offenses and in a very stress free and timely manner Mr Cugelman dealt with my matter. Then Cugalmen made an apology saying he mixed up two cases and didnt have my disclosure. Dont trust these clown, waste of money and absolutely hurt my name. Im innocent, and he didn't fight for me. He robbed me.

I worked with Miss. Emily Dyer on a case for a refusal for breathalyzer. Spoke with one gentle man here very very pushy, slightly rude asked me right away for a 3 to 5 thousand dollar retainer and I only called because a girlfriend of mine is currently using him as a lawyer for a simple charge and is getting drained. Who's says after a simple meeting to hear about a remand that she should send him another 500 because he showed up to court but had no new info. Last thing he said to her was send me another five hundred as she walked out the door.
