Beware, They are expanding fast and in my opinion aren't Doting their I's and crossing their T's. I did around 10 different closings with them most went smoothly till my last one which was a nightmare. The first problem was the key was lost, they blamed Purolator however couldn't explain why they didn't know this till 2 hours before closing, my house closed but I didn't get paid and told me I would get my money by the morning. The next day I called around 3pm because i still haven't got the money, they told me that CIBC wouldn't deposit the check, when I ask who told them that they said the bank teller (Didn't care enough to talk to manager) Then told me to deposit myself. The problem was the bank puts holds on any check over 250k, they claimed to not know this but I find that a poor excuse since CIBC is a major bank. They took no responsibly for these problems and claimed no fault. There are plenty of other options out there and many that will come to you at home.
