I hired kurt montoute to represent me in my divorce trial but he suggested that we attempt Arbritration. I had been gathering information about my ex assets that had been left out of his disclosure for 2 years and needed this information before any agreement would be reached. Mr montoute continued to delay and put off requests for the information i provided him and could not get an agreement to Arbitrate until i could no longer afford to pay my legal fees with him. After I paid this lawyer almost $10,000 in legal I received nothing in return but a request for financial information that was never provided by my ex because he would not force the issue and an additional year delay in my trial

As is Nigel, but he always made time to respond to my emails and texts in a timely manner. He even responds after hours! I don't expect that of him, but just goes to show you his dedication. He never made me feel dumb when I asked silly or obvious questions. He gave me options on how to proceed and respond to certain events, and also provided all possible outcomes.
