My wife called for some advice. While they could only make suggestions, it helped somewhat. I cant say there is any issue with their service so they get a 5. At least when you need help, you have options.

When approaching something foreign with little knowledge and trepidation, it's always a relief to have a friendly voice with answers on the other end of the call. I didn't have a single clue what I was doing when I called, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly patient and kind. She was able to define certain jargon for me that I was utterly unfamiliar with, and also recommend me several resources available to me to complete my task. I'm so grateful that this not only exists, but the people who work there are friendly and gentle. Not once did I feel like there were tones of condescension, or belittlement for my lack of knowledge; places that are willing to educate people on equal grounds to give them a fighting chance are wonderful, and I highly recommend this service.
