I absolutely could not be more thrilled with the service and result I received from Davis Law Firm. After I was rear ended by a distracted driver causing a serious back injury I was getting nowhere with the other drivers insurance. I turned everything over to the Davis Firm with limited time to file a lawsuit. They took care of everything including all the things I felt uncomfortable doing. They handled all of the paperwork including obtaining medical records, files ,and insurance forms . The final settlement was 10 times the insurance company's original offer. I would be surprised if another law firm could perform nearly as well. I happily recommend Davis Law firm every chance I get.

I contacted Davis Law Group nearly three years after a rear end collision where the other driver was at fault. I had walked away from the accident thinking I was fine. Turns out I wasn't. Medical expenses had piled up and care was ongoing. In my very first meeting, Davis Law were attentive and listened to my situation. They took my case on. Over the course of almost two years, they assisted me in tracking medical expenses and advocating with providers. They also took the burden off of me in interacting with the adverse party's insurer --as well as my own. Davis Law undertook a multi-day mediation with the insurers to recuperate medical costs from five arm surgeries, multiple surgical interventions on my neck, and umpteen chiropractic and physical therapy appointments. They really had my back and provided precious guidance about what to expect and how to handle negotiations. Negotiations were successful with the adverse party's insurance company but failed with my own insurer who low-balled medical expenses claimed as part of my "under-insured motorists" coverage. That meant my case was part of the small percentage of cases that make it all the way to court. Davis Law was phenomenal. Their preparation was detailed, diligent and rigorous. They assigned three highly-qualified lawyers to different aspects of the case and engaged multiple expert witnesses. They set expectations and prepared my family for what was to come. The court case was grueling and lasted two weeks. Davis Law was on the ball at every juncture and showed its might and deep knowledge of case precedence and legislation. The verdict awarded a sum that was significantly greater than what we were vying for in the mediation. I am very grateful to Chris Davis and his crew for their work ethic, energy and commitment to me, and my family. Since he is a very high priced attorney who only takes cases that are supposed to make him $1 Million and even though you've had your life changed in a split second, do NOT use him ! My advise is to either find a much smaller firm OR (unless you have enough money to pay your rent for at least 4 years) settle with the at fault ! The book is good for someone with severe injuries but only 1 page was helpful for me, lesser injuries but a big hassle to see doctors, lose work time, find a new car. The useful advice here is never sign a waiver to let the ins co have total access to all your medical records, which can be used against you to try to assign you more blame for an accident. Only grant access to specific relevant records.

Where do I start!!!!! This is a review about my paralegal, Rory. My case began in December 2010 and has continued throughout the duration of my 3 car accidents. It's been a very difficult time for me. The Davis Law Group was recommended to me and had high praise. However, for about a year an a half of being their client, I hardly had any contact with the attorneys, my paralegal, or anyone at the firm. There were supposed personnel issues, I was assigned another attorney, and a general lack of communication between the Group and me. It has been very disheartening and I feel like I've fallen through the cracks and that my case hasn't mattered to anyone. In came Rory Haller. Poor girl had no idea what she got stuck with when she inherited my menagerie of car accidents, injuries, and insurance companies. Despite the mess that was made of my case (I assume from the personnel changes and severe complexities of my case), she has done her best to communicate with me every few weeks via email (she knows this is my preferred method of communication). She checks to see how I'm feeling, every so often, which is nice. She explained the process of closing my case and has always been available and responsive when I needed her. I had a very bad taste in my mouth with the DLG because of my feelings of "falling through the cracks", but she made me feel like my case was important. Though I'm not sure what my case will hold, I am happy that Rory helped make me feel important. I do recommend, to the DLG, that they try and communicate the status of cases to their clients regularly. It's terrible to feel in limbo, as well as struggling with injuries and the long term effects caused by their accidents. Thank you, Rory. After my car accident in 2014 I searched for an attorney. I narrowed it down and contacted 3. Jillian from Davis law was the first to respond, she was very attentive and professional. She asked a few more questions and got back to me with an answer within 24 hours. One of the other attorneys called me about 4 hours later and the 3rd didn't even bother.
