I wouldn’t use this office to sell your home. They are so incompetent; they couldn’t deposit my house sale proceeds, which forced us to travel by car for 11 hours to get. I’m a person of disability(low vision) which made it even more difficult to do, known to them too.They tried to get me to open a bank account with another banking institution. Strange, I know but all is true. I contacted the bank institution (credit union) holding my funds to see what the problem was and the rep begun to speak negatively about who I bank with. This office came up with nonsense explanations as to why they couldn’t deposit into my account. In 2017, I had $160.000.00 deposited into the same bank account from a law office with no issues whatsoever but these clowns couldn’t figure it out. It’s clear they just held my money for reason unknown. Maybe because the amount I was receiving was $250.000.00 all to me :) Nothing was done to make us whole either. Jake the Snake was the handler

We went here for our lawyer after buying a house, and we had a pretty poor experience. They took forever to send the money to the sellers, and as a result we couldn't take possession of the house until a fair bit after we were supposed to. At the lawyers suggestion we even did the final walk through more than 24 hours ahead of time, because supposedly that makes it way easier for them to send the money on time. Since they took so long, we had a bunch of people and loaded vehicles just wasting time waiting. We were also asked for a direct deposit form so the bank would know which account to take our payments out of. Why they needed this I'll never know, because that was handled on the mortgage brokers end instead. Both receptionists that we talked to seemed very dismissive and talked down to us a lot, they seemed like really angry people. They were not pleasant to talk with by any means. Paul was a nice guy though, so there's that.

Very disappointed with my experience with this law firm. From the moment I walked in the door it was stuffy, no one greeted me. Every time I went in this was the case. The lawyer I was meeting was late, also never felt like he supported me or was on my side the entire time. He was very hard to get a hold of, and never followed up when he said he would. I was always reaching out to him trying to find out the latest and he said he’d get back to me ASAP. And it would be a week later. Was told how much it would cost and later was charged double with no explanation of why. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. Will definitely be going elsewhere next time. Wish someone would have warned me before I wasted my money here. I had to use my legal name for my dealings with this office, I'm sure I am not the only person who doesn't go by their legal name.
