I hired Michael Sparks to defend me. At first I thought things were going real good. Had a lot of evidence going into the trial. It seemed he was on my side. At the trial he was distracted, used no evidence during the trial, and lead me to believe that he believed me. I found out after the trial that he didn’t believe me. I found a memo that states that. He had talked to some of his firms lawyers for advice. Me, personally would not trust the firm as far as I could throw it. I know this seems like Justin angry client that was found guilty. I can back up everything I have said. Client be wear!

No lawyer can guarantee an outcome, but there’s an obvious value in having ethical competent legal counsel that will give you the best possible outcome. I’m extremely grateful for how my case was handled. I felt so out of control of my own life/fate. If you’re facing criminal charges, especially if you have no criminal background, you know exactly what I mean. I needed a shrink more than a lawyer, so it was comforting knowing at least I had a great lawyer. I hired Kent Teskey on two criminal charges about 6 months ago and i felt at ease right away after talking to him. I dealt with Evan McIntyre for an Agg assault case I was being accused of doing. Before choosing a lawyer I called at least a half dozen of them and right away with talking to him I knew he was the one to go with. He didn't try and price gouge me and told me exactly what I was dealing with and what the outcome could be from best to worst, not just trying to make empty promises to gain a client.
