Folks, I am writing this review for a matrimonial property matter where the opposing counsel tried charging me with their inflated claims. Ramandeep heard my situation and realized how unrighteous, groundless the opposing counsel’s statement of claim was. Firstly, Prime Law reasoned with the other party on why these claims do not hold any merit. On not receiving responses, Ramandeep still tried having the matter resolved outside the court (such as through highlighting the rules set out in Calderbank v Calderbank). This ethical approach shows not only respect for the court’s time but also the client’s resources. Unfortunately, not everyone thinks morally. On realizing, opposing counsel still wants to go to the court, Ramandeep did not see any reason to spend more time on this case. Throughout, he has been very sure of how opposing counsel’s claims will not stand in the court. That precisely what happened; the honorable justice surprised mentioned such claims hold no ground. I cannot thank Ramandeep enough. Life can take ugly turns, but I know I can trust Prime Law.
