This agency / firm will only quote their consultation fees for services. Twice now I have approached this group. All I can can say that is good about them is this: There consultation fees have gone down $50 , over the course of 4 months or so... but that's it. Where other immigration agencies / firms will happily provide basic info such as fees / costs for specifically identified services... "a relatively zero effort action" for any of us: Phoenix Legal seems interested only in "Money first, everything else second". Please don't waste your time. Your money is better off invested, elsewhere.

I wanted a lawyer to write me a specific letter and google searched and found this firm. I called and asked their price. I just needed a specific letter but Abdul refused to provide a quote unless I book for a consultation meeting. Since I knew the specific service I needed from the lawyer, I wanted to know the overall service cost and I asked how much it would cost consultation plus the letter. He quoted me a price. The discussion was over the phone so I accepted and booked my consultation meeting. Prior to the consultation meeting, I sent all documentation and when we meet he was just telling me all the information that every layperson knows about immigrants application. If he had time and look at the documents that I sent and how much the application is already so strong, he would not have talked to me like that. The first hour consultation meeting was a waste of money. I thought he will write a good letter. When the time came to write the letter, he asked completely different price. This is not acceptable. He tried to blame me that I should not be focused on the price. If I should not focus on the price, you also should not focus on your price instead you should agree on the price that you quoted. When I also try to tell him more information about the document that I sent him which he did not have time to look at, he was irritated and did not have patience to listen. This type of attitude is not acceptable, and professional and you should listen to your clients as they know better about the situation ( Customer care 101). Unless you take time to go through your client document and listen to them, how can you provide quality service?

I had the most horrific experience in trying to enter Canada from the UK using a company called - CIES (canada immigration and education services Inc. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM!) in which they applied for a post graduate working visa after my course had been completed in 2017, they sent it in after ? the 90 days expiration date in February 2018 from the course being finished. They then appealed after 6 months of waiting and it got declined ! then we tried again to send in a new working visa application in July 2018 unknown to me it also got declined in November 2018! basically i was in a mess - I'd had enough ! I approached Phoenix Legal in August 2018 with regards to my horrible situation and experience. Mr Souraya and the girls were just AMAZING! in taking both my partner (who is Canadian) and myself through the process we now had to do for me to stay in Canada. Phoenix legal were so professional and just WOW! they took both me and my partner through all the processes in what i needed to do to correct my problem being messed up! I can clearly say when i tell you PLEASE!, to save you time and money use Phoenix legal, like i said Mr Souraya and the girls were GREAT! both Carmen and me Thank You! so much we can now live our lives together and thanks to you i am now living my dream with the woman i love and living in this amazing, beautiful country i can now call home. Don't even bother using this useless, inexperience shady lawyer, if you are a new comer make sure you don't go to this guy yourself or he will rip you off, very shady 420 person, too bad paid $250 plus tax in advance, just needed a legal advice, buddy didn't have any idea and he had to go thru a big book to find what the law says, I can google for free and find even more information than you have, I was disgusted and did not want to waste my time, $262.00 gone in like 10 mins after listening to his non sense, please folks find a better lawyer and ignore these ugly lawyers.

The absolute worse service this guy came downstairs to see who parked under his stalls and the worse part was that I was about to go inside to book an appointment with a corporate lawyer , it was my first time I was unaware where it was located. One of the lawyers come outside points out at the building and asks if I am a client of Phoenix I replied no but the guy said please move your car. He didn't even let me finish walked away with full on attitude and while saying something which I couldn't grasp on . If I ever had to deal with any legal matter this firm would be the last one because that is not a way of speaking to anyone nor should anyone be dealing with such people . Where his humanity? even if someone had not parked on their stalls there is something called speaking nicely with no attitude.
