I wish I can give them 0 star. Very unprofessional law office. Don't pay Rajiv anything before your work done. Rajiv will show you his face only when you will have money in your pocket once your money transferred to his pocket he will disappear. Front counter will have plenty of excuses such as he is in court. He is busy. He will contact you but he will never get back to you. I took his service for selling property and he ask me $ 850 for that service. When he sent me account summary he changed me $1625. I tried to meet him to ask for extra charges but he never see my face again. Other charges were for photo copies, mailing charges, phone calls, software use. I was wondering then what he ask me for $850? Why he didn't tell me exact amount since I was able to get that service cheaper than him from another honest lawyer. I would say he is not lawyer but he is a liar . Never go to this lawyer. Take your business somewhere else.

Worst law office in Edmonton. I sold my property in 2011. He held my money said that buyer is not satisfied with some small pending jobs in his house . I requested him at least 40 times via email for my money to release. But he said buyer is not agreed. I stated in my email to get permission form buyer to let's enter into his house and fix issues. Each time he gave me different excuses. I ended up to complain to Law Society .Law Society step into this matter then he released my money After deducting $716.81. Guess what is for $716.81? For emails charges, phone calls , software use charges for sending emails. I have published his bill as well with this review. Never go to this Mr .Bhalla.

THE WORST LAWYER EVER. I hired him for immigration application, I saw him one time and after that I start calling, sending e-mail without any response. So, I couldn't get hold of him for 3 months, the recipsionest always says lies and by accident one time he answer the phone, and ask me to phone him after one hour so he will pull the application to answer my questions, I called and no answer. I am 100% he did no work at all for the application. Very bad lawyer

We hired Rajiv Bhalla for our real estate transaction in 2011. We sold ONE property and bought other property. He holdback money against our sold property for deficiencies of work. We done that in presence of new owner. Owner was satisfied and we gave proof to our lawyer that all pending work done. He said I will contact to buyer’s lawyer and get permission form him to release our money. It was about October 2011. Rajiv never get back to us. After our numerous attempt to contact Rajiv via email and phone calls. Rajiv get back to us by refusing to release our money. Rajiv replied buyer is not satisfied. We said ok we will send someone in their house to fix jobs. But we didn’t get any response. Trust me we sent numerous emails and phone calls to Rajiv about either take permission from buyer to let us step into his property or give us his contact number to get permission. Rajiv didn’t do either. We contacted to law society and told our story. Law society helped us to resolve issue. NOW RAJIV ISSUED US AN INVOICE FOR $716.81. BECAUSE WE COULD NOT RESOLVE ISSUE SOON. SINCE HE NEVER GAVE US ANY CONTACT NUMBER FOR BUYER TO RESOLVE ISSUE. MY HUSBAND WROTE REVIEW ABOUT HIS SERVICE TO AWARE PUBLIC FOR HIS UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND HE SENT A THREATENING LETTER TO SUE HIM FOR THAT REVIEW. I AM ATTACHING HIS INVOICE AND LETTER WITH THIS REVIEW. KINDLY DO NOT GO TO THIS LAWYER FOR ANY SERVICE.

Awesome lawyers and reasonable fees. I had my real estate file done from them when I purchased my new house from a builder. They did a great job on my file , explained in detail the procedure from start till end. As a first time home buyer , I had a lot of questions , but Mr. Bhalla was very patient and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions in an efficient manner. Him and his staff are very friendly and efficient. They deserve nothing more but success in the future! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer for their legal needs.

My partner and I went to this guy for our mortgage a year ago. When he spoke to us he told us the cost $1200 and nothing else more. We asked for an extra document to be drawn up just stating my partner put down the down payment and that he is paying the bills and mortgage. We asked how much it’d cost extra and he waved his hand and said don’t worry about it - no charge. Well, all was said and done and at the end we got a bill for $400 for this paper he said we wouldn’t be charged for. Spoke to the front desk lady and called multiple times, the guys a snake and super dodgy. Even dressed up to go see him to ask him why he did that, the front desk lady said he’s a busy man and needs to be in court - blablah made up excuses for why he couldn’t see us (this was a 3month long process) Long story short GET IT IN WRITING if he says he won’t charge you. We never got our questions answered. And he never returned our calls or apologized for any confusion. Terrible business practice. We are now 1 year down the road purchasing 2 other homes and tell everyone we know to NEVER use this guy. He has poor business ethics.

I regret to say that this law office has extremely bad service. They will be nice only till you have not paid to them. I was there for legal service. Mr. Bhalla met me and was nice at that time. i thought he will be right lawyer for that job. I paid him whole fees which he asked me to pay. He promised not any more after that because it was for my parents immigration purpose. Later he didn't do any paper work for my case. His staff was ignoring me. i visited his office many times and asked front counter to let me meet him but always different answers like: he is in court even thou his car was parked in parking lot. He is with client don't know how long will take. When you asked for appointment then he don't have any availability for next 3 weeks. After 4 months i asked him for refund then they charge $850 out of $1750 for doing nothing for my case. Please Please Please don't go to this law office for any service unless you will regret to waste your time and money. They just try to ripoff to you legally.

They ask money first , I visited yesterday, person working there asked 200 $ first to listen the concern regarding which and why I visited their office . And they dont helped me out because I I did not feed them to open the mouth.

I bought a house from a builder and builder was Indian. when we wrote deal then builder suggested me to hire Mr. Rajiv Bhalla (Bhalla Law Office) because i will save on Lawyer fees. Day of closing Lawyer called me for signature some papers. He ask me to sign some papers while he was talking on phone with someone. He didn't explain me which paper for what? hardly it takes 5 minutes. After few days he phoned me that he forgot to take sign on one more paper and he will send that paper with Builder and ask me to sign. Builder met me in parking lot and he took sign from me. Lawyer closed deal and charge me twice than other lawyer even he charged me for software use. My house has some pending jobs to be done by builder. I phoned to builder too many times but no response. I contacted to Bhalla and asked to do not release hold-back to builder since still jobs are pending. he said no hold back since i have signed paper.(which he sent with builder to me for sign in parking lot) Even Lawyer never asked me that my all jobs are done or not. Technically he and builder cheated to me. since i spent $5200 on pending jobs in my house. Now i will complain to Law Society about all this. Do not hire this lawyer for any service.
