I dealt with Kirk specifically. I never felt he was on my side. I did not think i was getting accurate legal advice as well. He seemed to sympathize more with my ex's situation then mine. He was so busy with his schedule that there were important emails i had sent him that got overlooked and not delt with. My retainer got used up without my knowledge and he continued to rack up a bill that i was not aware of until a surprise invoice was given to me for $900. He basically thought he had a blank cheque to work with. In the end...almost $3000 later...nothing got resolved with my situation. Just pages of invoices showing emails and phone calls going out. Now Aaron, his assistant, on the other hand was great. He was always available to take my calls, he was empathetic and understanding as well as very professional. Thank you Aaron!

True that within the legal system a lawyers job is to represent their client regardless of what it takes. But when the amount of crooked stories and lies Margaret andreassen allow’s herself to create for who she represent’s and later presents the information to courts with, would put anyone to shame, regardless of how crooked they already are. Innocent parties placed into extremely bad predicament’s because she feels her bank account isn’t showing enough figures? The law should be handled way better than the way she goes about it and continues to do. Margaret Andreassen should be placing herself in the shoes of the people she is prosecuting with her clients. More facts should be reviewed, and start following what’s more equally proper. You can’t keep the money you make when you pass on, this is a famous line but people forget. Maybe start playing by more compassionate rules, and not for a dollar figure lady. There are other people like you also trying to do well in their lives. Quite seeing yourself as better than everyone else.
