First year anniversary in our Rinaldi home in Merritt Meadows and couldn't be happier. We toured multiple builders over 3 years before purchasing within this community and we are ultimately happy with our purchase without any regret. All of our warranty issues after move in (not that there were many) have all been handled with excellent customer quality care satisfaction. From the first phone call to view model homes through to the picking of our finer details everyone at Rinaldi homes has been patient and caring to our needs. Thank you for making this new home building experience something positive for our family.

I just bought a new build from Rinaldi. I saw about 30 homes before making my purchase (all new builds in the niagara area) and from my experience the Rinaldi homes were very well appointed for the price. My buying experience was excellent, and while there have been a few small issues with my new home, Rinaldi quickly addressed the issue and are working with me on them. Compared to all the other builders (except for the small builders or custom builders) Rinaldi's builds are the best by far. I can't even begin to describe how disappointing all the other new builds we saw were, especially by Mouintainview. Rinaldi is leagues above Mountainview in terms of quality. All my neighbors are happy, and the people coming from Mississauga are all commenting on how much better these homes are built. Keep up the good work.

Do any of the girls that work in your office on the job site have any real estate background or Some kind of education like college or University background. They make all kinds of mistakes on contractual agreements, they will lie and tell you just about anything to make a buck. Zero knowledge about the industry and it shows. Rinaldi your reputation is being ruined by your disrespectful staff that are not even educated in the industry. Good luck selling your homes if anyone is reading this do not buy thru this builder. Once you give them a deposit you will never hear from them again. By the way pay your contractors so they can finish the jobs and I’m going to forward this message to Holmes on homes just wondering what his residual income in all of this is because there’s no way I put my name on anything you build have a nice day.

We entered into a contract with Rinaldi Homes in good faith, unfortunately we have had a horrible, extremely frustrating experience. Currently, we are taking this builder to small claims court as are six of our neighbors (yes, that is 6, with more planning on doing the same). This contractor has made no efforts to resolve the situation, emails, calls are not answered. I have been shocked that a builder would treat his customers with such a lack of respect. This should have been a simple situation to resolve (involves the return of $1000 deposit) instead the builder has decided to create a mountain of ill will by not returning our money. This has become a matter of principle as the $1000 deposit is our money, not Rinaldi's.
