We could not be more pleased with the house that Keith Construction built for us. Their entire team is very professional. We initially enjoyed working closely with Chris and Coral during the planning stage and appreciated their patience with the various iterations we had. During the build, Doug and Renee were our key contacts and they were great to work with as Renee did her best to keep us all organized and on track despite delays in making some of our decisions or making changes especially since we were not living in Vernon and delays were starting due to COVID. Doug's extensive experience was evident and invaluable. Doug and the trades that KC uses all did a solid job as they all take a lot of pride in their work. We also appreciated Doug's opinions and ideas throughout the build process. We were hesitant to build while we were still living out of town but we are both so happy that we did and that KC did such an amazing job. We also thought KC's timeline to build was impressive. During the build, KC as a company, including Ken and Bryce, are very responsive as they promptly resolved any issues that arose. We feel very fortunate with our experience and would highly recommend the KC team.

Although we are the second owners, we have been totally impressed by the quality of the design, construction and finishing of our home. Kieth Construction subs out siding and soffit to Odeem Exteriors, who doesn't pay their employees. Mike Fichter, the owner of Odeem, doesn't do his due diligence when prepping walls. As long as Kieth Construction subs their work to Odeem, your finished product will always be inferior.

Ken saved us a bundle in seeking out well priced sub contractors - and passed those savings on to us. Our home is GreenBuild certified - electrical bills are one half to two third of similar homes nearby. I heartily recommend Keith Construction for a worry free new home build, or renovation.
