We booked an app't last week with Bourcet Engineering (Kamran Kambakhshfard). He showed up and didn't knock on the door, so he left. We rebooked for today at 3:30pm. He shows up at 3:10 and calls me asking where I am. He's miffed no one is there 20 minutes before our appointment. He says 'I was doing you a favour but I'm going to cancel.' Excuse me? A bill for over $290 is not doing me a favour! We are now 2 weeks behind schedule because of his unprofessionalism. My husband also cancelled a physio app't to be home for the 3:30 appointment. Kamran is unprofessional and thoughtless. There won't be a next time. Be forewarned.
