Trevor and his associates recently got a stalled project of ours back on track by designing a highly re-inforced pad for a home build. Our building inspector asked for an engineered pad drawing that would address the point loading of the 30 piers supporting the structure. The inspector would not accept the one supplied by the contractor installing the pad, even the concrete supply company engineer was at a loss. I contacted Trevor and within a short period of time he had a design that passed our inspectors concerns and we were able to proceed with our build. A huge thank you to Trevor Day and Associates for all the great work that you did for us. I highly recommend dealing with his company!
