A wonderful experience! The owners are easy to work with and they are meticulous with interlocking stone and gardens. They also coordinated top paving company to give us a new driveway. This was a few years ago, but saw the 1 star review and had to rate them with our experience.

Staff was attentive and cared about me finding the right plant. I have zero skills when it comes to keeping house plants alive, and when I told them that they helped me find a low maintenance plant that would be best suited to me. They also advised me to come back if I think my plant is taking a turn for the worst so they can tell me where I went wrong. My little snake plant is still going strong and in amazing health.

Purchased $400 plus in trees & more last summer with a warrantee they would give me a 50% credit on any tree that did not survive. Friendly service when they make the first sale but very unfriendly if you fall outside their inflexible "policy"! They would not honor the warrantee of $50 for the dead tree without receipt even though I had the dead tree & tree tags with me, plus the mgr remembered me. Why would any business turn off & turn away a customer who would spend $5,000 or more over the next years because he could not locate his pink slip which went to the accountant for filing. Well they can have my pink slip version of an unsatisfied customer who took his business elsewhere and spent hundreds of dollars that very day. It allude's me how businesses will spend significantly to attract new customers but don't take simple steps to respect their once loyal customers? Such poor vision & poor insight. Yours truly! Never returning to Hollandale Lanscaping!!!

My wife and I attended Hollandale Landscaping after speaking with friends who had recently bought plants from this location. We were very pleased with the courtesy and friendliness of all the staff. We had the pleasure of speaking and being helped by the owner ( a tall slim fellow) who's name I do not know. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in offering suggestions regarding shrubs that we were interested in. We attended this location during Covid-19 and everyone was wearing masks as required. Unfortunately a couple tried to enter the premise without masks and were rude to the owner. He remained very professional and patient with the customer during their rants and abusive behavior. He is a true gentleman and we will not hesitate in returning in the future for any of our gardening needs. We have already passed the nursery information to neighbors. Wasn't even related to the business but the owner (I assume it was ) helped out a gentleman who ran out of gas refusing money. Now if that's not an amazing guy to deal with then I don't know what is. All my landscaping business will be going to them absolutely.

Popped in to get flowers out of the blue for a very special lady in a retirement home, they asked me a few questions about this person to ensure I received exactly the feeling I want to convey... HAPPY !! It was only a few minutes and I was holding the most fresh, bright, arrangement of vibrant, yellow flowers in a pretty glass vase ! The price was reasonable but with the experience I'd have later I would have paid double ! She has bad eyesite so she would easily see the colour and she LOVED them ! Thank you so much for making a perfect visit !!! Don't hesitate to visit this flower shop... amazing !

Hit and miss about the service you will get here. A bit more expensive then other similar nurseries in the area. But I try to share the wealth; spread what money I can between local businesses. Hillandale is getting few and fewer of my dollars each year.
