Geometra Design Ltd! Where do I start… Gabriele, the star of the show, is not just an amazing architect but also just a fantastic person. His communications skills are excellent and he is such a gentleman in that he provides no bias when listening to both husband and wife, even if those ideas are very different. He has this extraordinary ability to take away the stress and provide meaningful and creative solutions that meet everyone’s needs. He is also not afraid to let you know when one of your ideas is not a good one. He will then take that idea and morph it into a pleasing solution based on his strong educational background and worldly architectural experience. For Gabriele, you can see that architecture is not just his choice of career but also his true passion. He comes from a family of artists and Gabe is no exception to that creative lineage. I highly recommend that you follow him on Instagram because you will gain insight into his creativity, experience, passion, professionalism and you will also find some fun there too. He will not just help you create your vision but is also very savvy on handling the permit process. I can’t believe how quickly we obtained our permits, especially during the covid-19 pandemic. Speaking of which, I’d like to share how well Gabriele handled the onset of the pandemic. We were his first clients that had to switch from in-person based architectural development to virtual due to government restrictions surrounding the pandemic. We found that he adapted and overcame the challenges very quickly. Our virtual meetings went very well and he used technology in a way that still allowed for a creative and interactive process. Gabriele’s interaction with other professionals such as contractors, engineers, and designers is where you will experience his high degree of professionalism. You do not have to worry about waiting for anything because Gabe is always on top of everything, even before you've thought of it. There are many choices for architects in the GTA. I did a lot of research before settling on Geometra Design Ltd. and am so grateful I did. You will thank yourself over-and-over again. If you’re searching for a great architect then you’ll also be looking for a great contractor. I did a lot of research on this front as well. And guess what- Gabriele made that process super easy for us too.
