This builder does not make quality homes. I have a joist that has sunk 1/2 inch because it was not properly blocked to carry the load above. There was a piece of tile underneath the floor (see pictures) which cause a hump in the floor. Gaps and cracks all over the place (pictures). The worse was not putting flashing up to the brick which left a 4inch gap that allowed a swallow to get in there and start building a nest (Pictures)! This builder should be ashamed of themselves. Do not buy, and if you do make sure you inspect their work daily.

Personally worked on these homes. Poor quality all the way around. Stick with the smaller builders. You will get much higher standards

Worst builder, they screwed me for 2 lots in Thorold. Check out their real reviews on fb as they have a lot of fake ones from their employees and realtors.
