Selection is beyond other toy stores. The friendly staff were helpful with the questions I had. In my opinion this is the Best place to shop for Xmas and any other given day

I came in to get a present for a friend's daughter for their birthday and the staff were so helpful and friendly! They showed me every item that fell into what I was looking for and had really great input! They weren't pushy at all and were very happy and pleasant.

Not a great experience with rude staff. My wife and I have driven by on several occasions and today stopped in to pickup a gift for our granddaughter. I wasn't impressed with the selection, the pricing, or the super rude 'senior' staff (not everyone should be working with the public I guess). I have never posted a review before but simply found this place terrible from the scolding upon entering to the scolding upon exiting. I would leave zero stars if possible and am bewildered by others leaving positive reviews... what store did they visit?

It isn't a very good image to have a "supervisor" yelling at employees to stay on "their side of the store" in front of an entire store filled with customers. Whoever the woman was in front on Dec 19th around 13:00 should be fired. All of the younger staff were busy doing something while that nitwit was waddling around the front.

This is the only “real” toy store in Sydney. Prices are higher (like all other MasterMind locations) than what you would find online or at Walmart , but the variety of interesting toys you will find here is quite extensive. If you’re looking for a unique gift idea that you probably won’t find in any other bricks-and-motar stores in Sydney, this place is worth a visit. Staff are very knowledgeable about what they sell, what’s popular, and can make suggestions depending on age and interests. Just be prepared to have a bigger budget.
