We recently worked with Kitty on our inner west house renovation. Kitty was the architect and the project manager for the project. We cannot say enough good things about Kitty - she was both practical and creative in re-designing the layout of our downstairs space, completely opening up the house to more light. Our house is a small house but the way Kitty has designed it makes it look very spacious, we have received so many compliments on this as well. The other great thing about Kitty is that she always presents us with options for fixtures and fittings, rather than making us choose from scratch. This helped us make our decision quicker. Kitty went on maternity leave towards the end of the project, but was always responsive and responsible and never let any details slip. We had a fantastic experience with Kitty and would not hesitate to recommend her or work with her again! Thank you Kitty for helping us creating our beautiful home.

We only had a vague idea of what we actually wanted, but she was able to take our loose requirements and expand it into a design that unlocked the full potential of our property. I am thankful and glad to have met Kitty through a recommendation from an ex-colleague over a causal work lunch conversation after sharing my experience of my existing architect and having several builders turn down my project. My ex-colleague had his reno project (Bath Box Terrace) completed with great success through Kitty Architecture and shared his great experience with Kitty. He got me all excited after showing me photos of his beautiful home just over lunch, I immediately went back to the office and started googling on "Kitty Lee Architecture" and as simple as that or one could call it "fated", she became my Architect, Interior Designer and Project Manager for my whole Kingsford Reno Project (Midnight Wine House). I started with simple requirements that is to have an additional bathroom and to bring the external laundry inside from a single storey house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom but she was able to expand everything into a design that you would never have imagined at the beginning. She sees things differently, she pays attention to details, she listens to our needs & understands my budget as well as observed our living lifestyles then put designs & ideas into perspective for me and my daughter. It has never been a one-way conversation/decision making process as she always gives me options and understands how I think & how I feel when comes to decision making. She is very patient in guiding me through these processes from the beginning till the end and I left everything up to her from designing, ordering of materials, construction, communications & managing builders & tradies. She makes things looks so seamless. The outcome of my new home was better than I could have ever imagined as it completed with perfect timing for Covid isolation for daily work from home in my new office space, tremendously huge wine cellar space for my collection, ample of storage spaces and a brand new home for my daughter’s HSC year. I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the job that she has done and not to mention the late nights & dedication that she has put in where I still recall being on the phone with her discussing the designs till past 1 am in the morning. Her work was carried out very professionally with good and efficient communication throughout this whole project. It was wonderful and a great pleasure to work with her and I have learnt a lot from her through this. Anytime, I would highly recommend Kitty’s fantastic services to anyone.
