When we purchased our house in Mount Colah, NSW we only had 5 days between settlement and moving in. But we wanted to replace the old carpet with hybrid flooring, install a ducted A/C system and do some paintwork which we wanted to get done before moving in. We knew completing all this could be tough, but when we started contacting different providers we soon realised its going to be an impossible task. But luckily we came across Prasad from dp Design Studio, and when we explain our situation, he quickly understood our expectations, and happily took on the challenge to help us meet this. Prasad quickly brought in the right contractors, tradies to the discussion, who understood what we require and managed to coordinate the schedule between the different contractors to make sure the jobs get done in the right order and without disruption. Prasad managed all communications with the providers, and kept me up to date in a timely and professional manner. All the work was completed within 4 days to our expectations and at a reasonable cost (despite urgency usually means expensive). With our experience with him, we have already discussed some more future renovation work we are planning to do with Prasad. I can highly recommend Prasad and team at dp Design Studio.

Mahamevnawa Buddhist Monastery of Sydney engaged dp Design Studio Pty Ltd, for building our boundary security fencing, entry/exit sliding gates along with the pedestrian gates. dp Design Studio Pty Ltd delivered the design, drafting and documentation to obtain approvals through the Hills Shire council. Due to planned road widening by Roads and Maritime Services (RMS), high voltage power line easements with Endeavor energy Australia and other council restrictions it turned out to be an incredibly challenging project, however dp Design studio and their team of professionals obtained all relevant approvals within a short period of time allowing construction to commence which was a great achievement for the Monastery. dp Design Studio Pty Ltd., is currently project managing and coordinating the builder, Private certifier and other professionals during the construction period. Prasad Perera took on this momentous task purely with the aim of assisting charities such as ours to help achieve our goals and looked at all aspects of cost-saving methods without compromising quality. Prasad at DP Design studio is all about quality and hassle free. Attention to detail shown from start to finish on a project, especially related to design and construction, gives me imminence confidence. The results are beyond expectations. Our building is around 120 years old, heritage listed. I requested him to renovate the reception area in our medical practice within 3 days. I believe it will usually take about a week. The job was completed in two and half days but most importantly the finish was of the highest quality.
