We visited Ed's Concrete Products Ltd over 1.5 years ago.We got the the beautiful lady statue.We have it on our garden throughout all the season. The craftsmanship and the quality of the product and the materials are great. When we went to do the pick up of the products the front and the back end staff are so helpful and very resourceful and took good care if us.As this was our first time using concrete products in our gurdan they gave us help full tips and help us to load our turck. We are very happy of the products we got from them.We will go again in the future.

I'd take off that first star if I could but I had to choose at least one b4 I could even write a review. I'm very disappointed in Ed's Concrete Products. I bought a cute little black painted cement birdbath and I took it home where my husband proceeded to set it in the garden. He gave the top a gentle turn to make sure the product was sturdy in its spot. As he did that the whole bath section broke off the base. My husband was not pleased with that mess. I took it back and hoped to find another but they had none. Now was the chore of finding another that we liked. We found 2 but the first one was small and the price was way too high. $172.00- So I inquired about the price of the second with the 2 Doves on the base. It was $132.90 or there abouts. So, I paid $71.00 + tax which cost me $77.00 for the first broken birdbath and needed to pay the rest for this bigger one which totalled $135.00. An extra $68.00+ tax. It was all they had and I wanted to have a birdbath for the many birds in our Park where we live. I noticed there was a large seam on the bath from being in the mould. Whoever took it out should have removed the excess cement right away. Who wants to buy something fairly expensive only to have to take it home and repair it. Doesn't sound right to me. So I spoke to the office girl to see what they would do for me. She told me the guys that do that work were not in that day, being a Saturday and they close at noon of all things. On a Saturday! Really!!???????? She said the guys that do that work would be able to do it Monday and I could come in, in the afternoon and pick it up. I would have to get someone to drive me into Stratford to get it since my husband is gone from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm and their store is closed by 5pm. Great hours for a business. Not!!???? I agreed to get it Monday when I got a friend to take me in to Stratford after I called Ed's Concrete Products to make sure it would be done. "Yes," the woman told me. "They're working on it right now." "Great!" I said, "I'm on my way then." I walked in and three people were sitting at desks working, just ignoring us. I finally spoke up and reminded them that they should get a bell for their door so they know when people have come in for some service. The first time my friend and I came in the store to make inquiries about their products they told us to check in the books at the table for prices. There are no prices on any of the items. Great! So then they wanted us to go outside again, take photos of what we like and then get the number out of the catalogue on the table and tell them the # so they could find the price in their book. Man, you'd think we were at NASA trying to get government listings for the flight codes of their rockets. Back to me returning to the store to pick up my repaired birdbath. When they finally acknowledged my existance He told me,"it's right over there." I looked and did not see it. "Where," I asked? "Just here," he says as he walks over to the bird bath I didn't recognize. The base was right but the bath section was wrong. "No," I said. "That is not the bath section I bought." I went out with him to see where it was. I saw it and had him take it to the van. He was going to argue with me about that but I had taken pictures, so as he took it to the van, Then I noticed the seam was still there. Shocked to see they had done nothing at all, if steam could come out of my head, that was the point when it would have happened. I had left it there Saturday, phoned Monday to makes sure the work was done, to which the woman said yes, and now it had all been lies....Unbelievable!!????????????

Made the journey from London to Stratford to purchase some patio stones. Greeted by pleasant and courteous staff inside the office area. Placed my order and after I went outside to go pick my order I noticed the stones were stamped and not plain. Managed to get the attention of a fellow that may have been on his break and he went completely out of his way to find out that the plain ones will not be back in till next week. Quick call to the wife and I decided to buy two more bags of sand and two more stones. I walked back inside and paid for the extra items and came back outside and he had already loaded the extra stones and sand in the back of my vehicle. I just caught him heading back inside the shop and thanked him. He more than likely did not get his break. More than impressed and not hesitate to recommend this fine establishment to my friends and family.

I ordered a large bag if topsoil online, in the comments I asked for a call before delivery so I could move the vehicles. I was working the day it was delivered, on the road in Toronto showing properties with a client. When I got home, they had dropped it off right infront of our trailer. I called and the lady looked it up and stated yes, it said to call and transferred me to another guy. This guy stated he had called, it went straight to voicemail, and knocked at the door, obviously no one answered, so he dropped it off, that's all he could do. He could move it next week as they don't do deliveries on Saturday. I explained we need the trailer to move stuff to the cottage we just purchased and can't loose a weekend trip because of this. He proceeded to tell me that entitled people like me make him sick!!! That I think the world revolves around me!!! Am I crazy? I asked for a call BEFORE delivery, if you couldn't contact me, why didn't you skip the delivery altogether? Obviously there was a reason I needed to be contacted????!!! I was just shocked!! Never have I been called entitled in my life!!!

Horrible customer service. My husband and I ordered and paid for a statue on Oct 9th. This statue was ordered as a memorial for my MIL's passing. I should have known as soon as we walked in that we should have left. We were ignored by a man who was sitting at a computer. When we were finally acknowledged we inquired about how to order and were told " there is a book on the table with pricing you can look through that". After finding what we wanted, the order was placed and we were advised it would take about 2 to 3 weeks and someone would call us when it was ready for pick up. We waited 4 weeks and finally called to inquire if the statue was ready. My husband called at 9am on November 6th and we did not hear back even after 6hrs of waiting. My husband called again and was told everyone left for the day, it was 3:30pm, they close at 5pm. What? There wasn't anyone able to look up our order? My husband called again on November 10th and talked to someone who said they would look into our order. We waited 1.5hr then finally I decided we were not going to hear back and I would just get a refund. I drove to Ed's to ask for a refund and the woman behind the counter asked if I was returning something. I said, no we NEVER received it. She looked perplexed. As I was giving the details of the order some guy said, oh I think Byron was talking to someone about that today. I said, yes my husband and no one has called us back. It had been almost 5 weeks since we placed the order. I received my refund but no explaination as to what happened. A good customer service person would have offered a discount to try and save the sale, but apparently they don't care about my purchase.

We went to Ed's to inquire about purchasing concrete steps and having them placed in our yard. Before purchasing they came to our home to make sure they were able to do job but advised that the boom truck may leave some ruts in the grass. They even took the time to call back on their way home on a Friday night to discuss everything. Ed's Concrete's delivery driver was able to place our steps with no damage to our lawn and did a great job of notching the steps where we had conduit along the wall. This all took place within a week and we would highly recommend them for the great job they did!

ordered product for delivery to st marys on a wednesday, was confirmed for delivery within two day. When I went to pay the next day, they said only wednesday deliveries to st marys, so I waited 6 days. Then they did'nt deliver, and when I called they said to wait another 2 days as they only deliver on fridays to st marys. I will not be pursuing another purchase when other companies are more reliable.

Do not go to Ed's concrete if you want quality work. I bought a statue from them over 2 weeks ago. It took them 1 week to get it to me. She came with a damaged face and hands. For over $280 I expected better than that. Especially after seeing the displayed ones in their yard. So I complained. They sent me a new statue which took over a week. This one had a broken chin and hands as well. When I called to complain again they basically told me it happens to all, they were polite...lol...but basically told me my only option was they would get me some cement dust and i could patch it myself. I honestly don't know how i kept my cool but i did. But really who sells a broken item and then tells the customer to fix it themselves!

Very disappointed in the service here! We wandered the entire yard looking for products; not one person intercepted us for assistance. So we went inside and waited 15 minutes before someone greeted us. We explained what we were after and with the wave of a hand were directed to look in a book and around the side.
