DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Owner Yaso and property manager George have no business ethics. The property upkeep is nonexistent. Do not sign a lease with a lawyer going over the document. Dealing with this company was a nigtmare years of leaking roof, dirty plaza, no heat in units because hydro would not approve the building.
