(Translated) We called on Spacia for the renovation of our house, being the only company with availability during this period. The finished works are of good quality but Spacia has at times displayed an incompetence that bordered on dishonesty. - Walls that needed to be repainted weren't and the painters had to come back. - A wall was knocked down before they realized it was a load-bearing wall and they charged us for the reconstruction. - A "Danger" sticker was stuck on our electricity meter without any explanation being given. A few months after installation, the vinyl floor moved and left holes. When we contacted Spacia to tell them, they told us it was normal and that there was nothing we could do. In the end, the budget exploded and we just wanted it to end. If we hadn't had a large budget and had been less exhausted by the experience, I would have wondered about legal action. Fortunately, we had no choice of contractor given the delays because otherwise I would have been disappointed to have chosen Spacia. (Original) Nous avons fait appel à Spacia pour la rénovation de notre maison, étant la seule entreprise avec des disponibilités à cette période. Les travaux finis sont de bonne qualité mais Spacia a parfois fait preuve d'une incompétence qui frisait la malhonnêteté. - Des murs qui devaient être repeints ne l'ont pas été et les peintres ont dû revenir. - Un mur a été abattu avant qu'ils ne se rendent compte que c'était un mur porteur et qu'ils ne nous facturent la reconstruction. - Un autocollant "Danger" est resté collé sur notre compteur électrique sans qu'aucune explication ne soit donnée. Quelques mois après la pose, le plancher de vinyle a bougé et laissé des trous. Lorsque nous avons contacté Spacia pour leur dire, ils nous ont répondu que c'était normal et qu'il n'y avait rien à faire. Au final, le budget a explosé et nous voulions juste que ça se termine. Si nous n'avions pas eu un budget large et si nous avions été moins épuisés par l'expérience, je me serais posé la question d'une action en justice. Heureusement que nous n'avions pas le choix de l'entrepreneur vu les délais car sinon j'aurais été dépité d'avoir choisi Spacia.

WASTE OF TIME! I have been waiting for over 2.5 weeks for a quote on a job worth more then 175K and they can't do the quote now! Don't want to do the job fine, the job too big for your company fine! But wait over 2 weeks to let me know. NO NO NO especially when you can txt, email. WASTE OF TIME!! WHY NOT MENTION IT WHEN THEY WERE HERE!! Now starting back at zero with someone else!!
