We were waiting for a few days. We relaunched after his deadline in a very respectful way. However, she replied with a completely inappropriate attitude for a professional, accusing us of making "pressure and accusations". She then "garbled" us a submission and the missing information with a complete lack of professionalism. Ms. Thomas has no ability to work with clients. She lacks self-criticism, humility and respect for her clients. It has been a very disappointing experience, especially since it is a very expensive service. Not to recommend. Au moment de la présentation de son projet (et après le paiement final), il manquait les soumissions pour les travaux et les détails des matériaux (ce qu'elle nous avait promis envoyer la journée même ou le lendemain). Nous étions dans l'attente pour quelques jours. Nous avons relancé après son délai de façon très respectueuse. Elle nous a toutefois répondu avec une attitude complètement déplacée pour une professionnelle, nous accusant de faire de "la pression et des accusations". Elle nous a, par la suite, "garroché" une soumission et les informations manquantes avec un manque complet de professionnalisme. Mme Thomas n'a aucune aptitude pour travailler avec la clientèle. Elle manque d'autocritique, d'humilité et de respect pour ses clients. Ça a été une expérience très décevante, d'autant plus que c'est un service qui coûte très cher. À ne pas recommander.

Best decision we could make! We hired Christina Thomas and her team to design our kitchen and living area. She came to our house, listen to our needs, our expectations and took all relevant information on the house. She then proposed a couple different scenarios for our kitchen revamp project. The 3 D plan she made for me (for a very simple integrated TV cabinet project) did not take into account the simple basic requirement that I had on the height and position of the TV and did not was, frankly, not up to the amount required for the said drawing, which did not even take into account the niche requirements for the devices. When I told her of my reservations and my hesitations to continue with her and her carpenter, she replied with a completely inappropriate attitude for a professional, threatening to charge me extra for any additional changes subsequent to the plan, which , I repeat, was unusable as is. A total lack of professionalism, very unpleasant, disappointing and expensive experience. (Original) J'ai eu une expérience désagréable et coûteuse avec cette designer . Au premier contact, Mme Thomas a été très sympathique et a su bien vendre les avantages de faire affaire avec son entreprise, disant offrir un service clé en main car elle travaillait avec un ébéniste à temps plein... et me promettant de toute façon un plan que je pourrais ensuite utiliser si je décidais de faire affaire avec un autre menuisier. Le plan 3 D qu'elle m'a fait ( pour un projet très simple de meuble TV intégré) n'a pas tenu compte de la simple exigence de base que j'avais sur la hauteur et la position de la TV et n'était, franchement, pas à la hauteur du montant exigé pour le dit dessin, qui ne tenait même pas compte des besoins en niches pour les appareils. Quand je lui ai fait part de mes réserves et de mes hésitations à continuer avec elle et son menuisier, elle m'a répondue avec une attitude complètement déplacée pour une professionnelle , menaçant de me facturer en supplément pour tout changement supplémentaire subséquent au plan, qui, je le répète, était inutilisable tel quel. Un manque total professionnalisme, expérience très désagréable, décevante et coûteuse.
