The builder is overall a good builder. The sevice team however, is the worse I've ever seen. Once your house is closed, good luck on getting anything done. Service team gives you the run around and is unable to answer any of your questions due to poor knowledge of their job. Another thing that I find concerning is, if you buy a home that is less of a value in their eyes; you are treated differently from the rest. Service team needs to be trained and all customers should be treated with respect. The president's really should take a good look into this matter. Based on my experience I definitely wouldn't recommend this builder until they do something about after possession service team.
