Went to this store and was immediately greeted by Ryan when i walked in. He helped me with all my questions with ease and was super friendly. While i think her name is megan sat on the floor on her phone ignoring all the other customers in the store... Ryan is by far tje best employee in the store.

Very rude and deceptive employees. They thought they could get away with selling me a used copy of a game my sister bought me. When she brought it home it wasn't even sealed but the receipt said new not used. Their were visible scratches on the disk. I brought it back the next day and told them they sold me a used game saying it is new, they said oh it was a floor model that's why. I returned it and said I wanted a sealed one, the guy actually told me they don't carry any sealed copies of the game. How are we supposed to trust them when it comes to games being new or used??? Moral of the story I walked out with no game and bought the exact same one at Walmart brand new SEALED. Never going back to this EB games again.

I went in one day with my pet chinchilla, I was on the hunt for Battletoads. They yelled at me for asking for some a crazy game. But I do appreciate the enthusiasm they showed in their yelling. Made me happy. Unfortunately, my chinchilla didn't like it, he had a heart attack and died in the pocket. Bye Felicia

I have not left since I first stepped in. This place is truly miraculous, mystical in nature, it is truly a privilege to have even been born on the same planet as this building, to be born in the same era as this building, it is truly a privilege. Even the architecture is truly stunning. It is a wonder how the fabric of space and time manages to be held together while something so amazing, so powerful exists. The sheer existence of this building would surly rip this veil of reality in two as if it were tissue, this universe exists only because this building wills it to. This building is all, all is this building. Oh, also, the EB games inside is purdy cool too.

Great location in St Thomas right off the bus stop near Walmart. Very helpful people working inside, being in a wheelchair and having issues finding ps4 games they stepped right up to help locate what I was looking for.

I thank the staff at EB Games St. Thomas for their very professional and friendly service while I was shopping for my Grandson Saturday January 12/19. There were 2 Nintendo 3DS games that I was going for and right away without hesitation I was informed by the staff member at the cash (sorry I didn't get all of your names) that I need to make sure that his 3 DS is marked as NEW on the box or that game won't work for him (very important information not communicated by another store the day before). This led to all 3 staff members answering my questions and giving me professional advice for future purchases. Thank you for your positive and professional customer service! Keep up the great work! :)

MESSAGE TO THE OWNER. I’m a previous EB Games employee from another store. This EB games has been the worst shopping experience yet. They don’t make you feel welcomed. When you ask questions about games they seem annoyed so you stop asking questions, which is probably why this store is always empty. I’ve ran stores in the past, and if you want repeat customers you need to treat them like so. Think about the parents who come into that store and don’t know much about video games, and when they go to ask questions the employees act annoyed, which makes the customers feel bad and they leave and go buy a game from Walmart. YOU NEED TO HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT ENJOY GAMING AND ENJOY THEIR JOB. Before you go out of business. I here there another video game store opening up in St Thomas in the near future.

What the heck happened to this once great landmark in the game market industry? I'm constantly tripping over pop culture figures and Nerf guns, struggling to fit more than 1 person at a time between discount bins and Funko Pops. Ever since the traditional staff from 2010-2014 left, this particular store has become exactly the same as the reputation EB Games and Gamestop has garnered lately - Messy, Unfocused, and Slow.

I've been a regular customer here for many years and despite all the usual trappings that come with being a part of GameStop, the staff here have always been very helpful and are passionate about the games they promote. The selection is quite large and the store is much more well-organized than other locations.

Every time I have been in this store, the staff comes off rude and condescending and makes a simple shopping trip into an unpleasant experience. I will be making the drive into London to Best Buy next time, it's totally worth not having to deal with such an alienating bunch.

A few times I've visited there seems to be a delay on customer service, Megan working here seems to be more focused sitting on her phone then serving the paying customers. Visit Walmart instead if she's working might as well save for no service.

not entirely sure of their names, but two of the employees have a staring problem. i understand avoiding theft, but from the second you step into the store the two of them (a man and a woman) have their eyes on you. To make it worse, they never really say anything to you. Ive never been more uncomfortable shopping in my life. i can understand being a a little lazy because you work at a games store selling crap, but it actually takes effort for you to bother me. it takes a modicum of effort to stare at me like a philistine rather than just piss off and let me get what i want. in short, the employees are the worst, the phones are never answered and i have no idea how the store is open. the only positive experience ive had is with some guy with long brown hair (cannot remember his name for the life of me.) and i think glasses. if you got rid of the other two and hired someone with some semblance of social skills maybe this store wouldn't be such a shitsucker.

I can speak from both sides of the EB Games counter. I was an employee for many years and now I'm customer. The gang in St. Thomas is the best around. From the management to the part time staff, this team does the best with what they have to offer. I think sometimes people often forget that EB Games is a big old corporation. Travis doesn't set the prices, he doesn't press the games, Ryan isn't in back programming them. I assure you, if they could give you a million dollars for your dusty old collection, they would...but they can't. They work hard to provide the city of St. Thomas with the opportunity to still have physical media (and digital without a credit card) without you having to look at games from behind glass. Don't forget these people are still humans, show some decency and act a little human in the treatment of them. You'll miss them when they are gone.

I felt unwelcomed. Everyone was rude and acted annoyed when i asked basic questions. There is no video games just greed. No sense of community like years ago. No game night. No bins full of games. You get a corporatized shill of a former store.

The manager at this store went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything that we needed to provide an extra special surprise for my dear friend on his Wedding Day! This store is top of line compared to many others. It's worth acknowledging when a store (though a part of a chain) can actually provide the customer service you would typically receive from the intimacy of a privately owned business.

This is the worst eb around for sure. The staff are all about 15 years old an uninformed. They dont know much about the products and they dont really have any advice to give when making purchases. Besides that though, they are unpleasant and unfriendly. Mike, who I think is the manager, is extremely unhelpful. I waited weeks for him to order something in for me (that the store owed me), and he never did it. I ended up calling around to other eb stores myself, and then someone else from the St. Thomas location ordered it in, when I spoon fed them through the process. Drive 20 minutes to White Oaks and save yourself a huge hassle.

I remember when this was the store filled to the brim with classic snes and ps2.Now there is no bins filled with video games or game nights just a bunch of overpriced plushies and trading cards. The last time I was there the staff were really mean and rude. I will be returning to see if things have changed since four years ago but I feel like it has gotten much worse.

Went to return a DEFECTIVE Christmas present only to be greeted with, "if you are returning something, you can't till tomorrow". REALLY! The store wasn't even that busy...3 other people in the store. Have to question the customer service being offered here!?!
