Went in to purchase paint and supplies a couple of nights ago and had a fantastic customer service experience. The sales rep's name was Jen, I believe. I arrived with only 20 minutes to close but she was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with paint selection. She even went the extra mile to walk me through all other supplies I may need and offer advice as to my best options. No doubt I will continue shopping here for all my paint/supplies going forward.

I have to say just how upset I am with the level of satisfaction I received from the Employees and The Manager of Dulux Paints on Grand River Road in Sydney. They made a mistake in tinting paint purchased from them by a good customer of theirs . Since I dropped a letter off to them they NEVER returned a call or contacted me. Their mistake has caused me as a contractor a loss of revenue and for the customer his house remains unfinished because of the MIS TINTED paint supplied by Dulux. BUYER BEWARE, IF DULUX MIS TINTS YOUR PAINT THEY WILL NOT COVER THE CHARGE FOR A CONTRACTOR TO FIX THE PROBLEM. MY rating is less than ONE STAR their customer skills suck Avoid Dulux Paints if you can.??????????????????????????????????????????????????

Dulux took my in-store paint buying virginity and it was flawless. Looked up some colours online and surprise surprise- they were quite different in store. Staff was above and beyond with helping me pick an alternative. Elysia (sorry, I’m the worst wth names) was so helpful and provided many tips for getting the best results. Also! Discount for CAA members! Would definitely recommend these guys.

Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I found the price of paint to be high but Dulux is rated the best so I bought 4 gallons of Lifemaster Eggshell. I have to admit it was the best covering paint I have ever used at any price. I also saved 25% because they are a CAA partner. Will definitely return.

Purchased a small can of paint to paint my daughters bed. I didn't need anything overly fancy so the gentlemen recommended a $30 small can. He was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, I required more paint and my husband went to Canadian Tire and purchased a big can of paint for less than I paid for the small can, and it did the same job of covering. A little disappointed on the price but happy with the service of the young man.

Very poor/ non-existent customer service. I went into the store today wanting to buy paint, and I saw the sales associate outside talking to (presumably) a friend. There wasn't anyone else in the store, and she couldn't even bother to tell me she was on her break (if indeed she was), and instead just ignored me. I ended up going to Home Depot for paint instead.
