Ils ont d'excellents conseils d'aménagement et leur main d'oeuvre est très expérimentée (C'est le même contre-maitre qui a effectué nos travaux 15 ans plus tard....). Leurs engagements quant aux dates des travaux ont étés respectés. Ils se sont même souciés de ne pas gêner mes voisins au cours des travaux. Ils sont repartis à la fin sans laisser de débris et ont offert des conseils quant à l’entretien de la nouvelle pelouse. Je recommande donc cette entreprise. Je prévois d’ailleurs y faire appel prochainement pour le devant de ma propriété.

I hired Terrassement Ciccarello to install new composit deck, paveways, driveway and stairs/porch in techo blocks and sloping of land and planting new grass. I was very impressed with their customer service, starting with attentive and welcoming reception staff. Ms. Anna promptly set up an appointment with Mr. Recine to evaluate my project and provide estimate. Mr. Claudio Recine was very helpful and provided advice regarding materials and valuable tips to improve the project. We started in the fall, with the deck. I am very satisfied with the work: “measure twice and cut once” method optimised expensive materials, gentlemen were punctual, worked long hours to finish the work on time, cleaned up the yard after every work day. They were very accomodating when I asked for addition of lights and requested small changes. I could not have asked for a nicer deck. As agreed, we resumed second phase in May which included levelling the land, capping the entry stairs, walkways in Techo Bloc, driveway (asphalt/Techo) and sod installation. Competent craftsmen and very reliable workers, punctual, courteous and hard working. Mr. Victor deserves special mention, a true artist who put life into my little sloppy walkway idea drafted on a piece of paper. The final result exceeded my expectations. I would hire this company again without hesitation. Thank you!
