My yard was not level and used to flood quite badly Evey spring. I had Blake from Champagne Landscaping remove the old grass, fill and grade the yard into the back lane and installed new sod. This was done late in the fall. Come spring melt and my yard was dry! No more having to pump water out of my yard. The dog loved his new lake but I didn't like having to deal with it. Blake was great to do business with. He reached out to me this spring to see how the yard turned out. He answered all of my questions and gave great advice on how to keep my new lawn as lush as it already is.

We are more than satisfied with the work done by Champagne Landscaping. Collaboratively, we designed a patio with raised planter and a sunken fire pit with bench seating. The end result exceeds our expectations. The guys on the crew were friendly and hard working. We were very impressed with how clean the job site was. Each night they cleaned the areas of the street where they had dumped materials. The disruption to the neighbourhood was minimal. Throughout the job, our questions were answered and we were consulted any time there were decisions to be made. Thanks to Blake and his crew for transforming my backyard patio and sidewalk area from "Drab" to "Fab". From the initial planning stages to the final design layout, Blake was always available to answer my questions, make suggestions and reconfigure changes I asked about. Once the construction work got underway, I was somewhat amazed at the actual process of putting things together over the eight days to completion, but was always updated on what was going to happen that day. I could see great attention to detail by all and certainly a professional pride in the work being done. I love, love, love my new outdoor space and wish I hadn't waited so long to decide with updating, given how the new look turned out. I plan to spend as much time as I can being outside enjoying it. My neighbours have already commented on how great the backyard looks. They are disrespectful of neighbours where they are working. Equipment and gravel/stone are left on the street creating unsafe conditions for days or weekends. Over the last 4 months they have parked equipment across our driveway and complain when they have to move it. The client has an 80 feet long driveway which they never use for anything.

Blake’s desire is to please his customer. He provided a quote last fall to do our work by early June this year. He satisfied this commitment. Although we compensated him for it, he did not request additional compensation for additional unexpected work that he could not have foreseen. He went to great lengths to find bricks that matched our existing patio and are no longer in production. He kept his job sight neat and today. His pricing was competitive and his work was excellent. We have no reservations in highly recommending Blake for your hardscaping project.

I am extremely pleased with the new patio in my yard, thanks to Champagne Landscaping. Blake is great to work with as he listened to what I wanted and followed my design. He also had excellent suggestions such as adding a step to accommodate the slope of the yard and it's now one of my favourite features! The crew is professional, very polite and hardworking.
