0812 Building Solutions were amazing to work with. They came into a project after it started, picked up the pieces and did a great job. They worked very well with the Architect (Liane Veness) and the other trades. This project was a cottage in the Kenora area and even though distance was a challenge, they were up to the task. Very easy to deal with and when presented with a change in plans, were very adaptive as well as providing good alternatives. Would be happy to work with them again!

All projects were well executed and all clients were extremely happy with workmanship and professional conduct. There is no problem that 0812 cannot overcome. They have created their own drawings to overcome obstacles submitting and receiving Architectural stamps of approval on many occasions. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and poor attention to detail The structure they built for me has been a disaster since the get go. Leaky roof, poorly installed front door and a leaky faucet! These guys should probably look for work at the Home Depot.....or at least a few lessons from the pros

Completely incompetent building solutions company. They do not return emails or calls. For commercial work they CAN NOT be trusted. They will damage your property, take your money and leave you disappointed. They may have enough brain cells to redo a small condo, but when 0812 was tasked to build my commercial space, they really proved they are worth a 1 star review
