Wow, what an incredible job Jason has done for my wife and I on our first home purchase! He found a lower rate on preapproval (through a reputable lender, with 20% increase options) than anyone else. Then he found an even lower rate on an approval at time of purchase! He was readily available, informative, and helped us through the entire process. We weren’t sure what size of mortgage or downpayment we would be comfortable with, and he ran a TON of numbers for us to help us out. He was unbiased, and legitimately just wanted us to find the right road to home ownership that we were comfortable with.
