If I could give this company a -10 review I would! Like the other reviewer I have had my tile grout crumble. It seems this company is consistant on its lack of a quality job. Though the surface may look nice....the foundation is seriously lacking! I had renovations of my home done in 2009. Within a year the tile grouting started to crack and then crumble. After months of multiple emails and calls from me, my grouting was replaced July 2011. By Oct 2011 it started to crumble and fall out again. Again after months of multiple emails and calls that were ignored, my grouting was replaced Feb 2013. The second time (2013) DiGiuseppe replaced the grouting I asked if the grouting was the problem or was it due to the floor prep. I was verbally told by the owner Deb that the tiler coming to fix it was the best in the business and would fix it so that it would no longer crumble. The tiler did redo the grout in the entranceway, which has not crumbled as of yet (I believe this is because he shimmed the floor as he said he would). He also said that he would put a new subfloor and Ditra mat under the tiles in the entranceway. This was not done and he said it was not needed as he had "shimmed" the floor. The kitchen grouting was also replaced Feb 2013, but only in the crumbled areas with a completely different color of grout! (black verses grey) Therefore the grout had light and dark areas that were very prevalent. I contacted Deb at DiGiuseppe and sent her pictures. The tiler came back and regrouted the crumbled areas with the correct color. But he did not shim the kitchen floor as she said he would. On Feb 28, 2013 when the work was completed I emailed DiGiuseppe for a written warranty of 1 year for the work they completed. My request was ignored. The entranceway is still fine but the kitchen grouting has again crumbled and fallen out. I have since contacted the BBB and they have not helped. I am left with crumbled grout that I now have to get replaced myself. If I was looking for renovation company I would run as far as I could from this company! They do a very poor quality job and do not stand behind their work.

Major Renovation!! Made a decision to renovate instead of sell. After our initial meeting with the owner Deborah, we were skeptical to spend as much money as we did for the main floor reno. We are so happy we did, our house is now amazing and what I always dreamed of. The design ideas were so much more than i ever imagined possible. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. I was given a schedule and I will say, it was all completed on time in a very professional manner. The value of my home has gone up and hope to do more work with this company in the near future.

Absolutely thrilled with our house after we hired DiGiuseppe for the entire renovation. This was a large project for us and we knew we needed someone with years of experience. Deborah in my opinion has more experience than any other outfit in the city and then some. She has been in business since 1981 and it shows. The project wasn’t easy either as we live in an older house but everytime we ran into an obstacle Deborah had multiple solutions. I highly recommend DiGiuseppe Interior Design to anyone that wants their renovation project done the right way.

Found this company on the internet, so lucky I did. They were able to design my kitchen renovation in house and delivered more than i ever imagined possible. Absolutely LOVE my new kitchen and everyone was amazing to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a high quality renovation done in their home. Top quality products and the design ideas were above and beyond amazing!! Thank You to the team that worked on our home!
