Davery built our infill about 3 years ago and we also had them finish the basement last year. Overall, we are very happy with the craftsmanship, quality of materials and subcontractors used. Dave and the site supervisor, Ron, were accommodating and friendly. We had a new home inspection and an energy efficiency audit done shortly after the home was completed and both noted the builder did a very good job! I’d recommend them for those who are interested in building a custom home and would use them again if I was to build another.

An outstanding experience from start to finish! My wife and I undertook a very large renovation of a 2800 sq. ft. house built in the 1980’s with some significant structural issues and layout changes. Not only did Davery identify & resolve our issues in stride, they maintained absolute top-notch finishing quality and went above-and-beyond to find cost-effective solutions. Davery clearly has great relationships with the highest tier of Edmonton’s sub-trades – from flooring & tile work to finishing & custom millwork, we were blown away by the overall quality of the finished product. Simply impeccable. We were overseas during the entire build process and, most importantly, we had full confidence and trust in Davery to deliver on our vision. The site team maintained full transparency on what was done and why it was done. A great experience.

My wife, daughter and I had the pleasure of having Davery Homes of Distinction build our dream house. We were extremely pleased in all aspects of the build. Dave was very transparent throughout the entire building process. Dave built a TOP quality house by being very hands on from start to finish; his attention to detail is second to none. No shortcuts were taken for Davery Homes’ benefit; Dave truly has the home owners’ best interest at heart. The construction site was clean and well maintained at all times. Dave was always available by phone or text throughout the build to answer our questions. In fact, to this day Dave calls to check up on how things are with the house. The process Dave lays out for the homeowner makes it very enjoyable and stress free. He is very open to ideas while giving feedback from his extensive experience. After completion, we had a few add-ons which weren’t on the original plan. Dave was not required and did not have to help us with these; however, in typical Dave fashion, he helped us to organize all the necessary trades in order to get the additional work done. This was just another representation of Dave’s excellent customer service and his willingness to go above and beyond for his clients. Davery Homes is also represented eminency by the ALL trades who work for him. We can honestly say 100% of all the trades who worked on our house were professional and took pride in their work. They were always respectful of us and our home. Some of the trades even made helpful suggestions along the way which in turn made some of our decisions much easier. We always had open lines of communications with the trades and we were impressed with their craftsmanship. We would hands down use Davery Homes to build another house for us, it wouldn’t even be a question.
