Service reminds me of an unpleasant experience out of the movie Pretty Woman. My mother works at a property management company which needed an architect for a major reconstruction rebuild to a downtown property. She called them and the person who answered the phone immediately dismissed my mother and told her they were too busy, without knowing any further details. My mother was stunned and they both hung up, and my mother has found another architect who is very happy to work with them. Apparently this firm is too busy for any sized project right now. (Oh, and this project is initially budgeted to cost 10 million dollars and 5 years to complete). Big mistake. Huge.

Frizlen Group is the greatest! I lived at 257 Lafayette Ave for 6 years, and loved my apartment! The space is cute, modern, quiet, and any time I needed assistance, the maintenance people came right away. I truly cannot say enough good things about them or their apartments. If I wasn’t getting married, I would have stayed there for the rest of my life.
