We got a few well priced perennials at Windmill, and had to come back for a garden water fountain my husband eyed on our first trip from Orillia to Toronto. Thanks to all crew at Windmill Garden center who helped loading it up onto our car. Definitely a story to remember!

After stopping at two or three competing locations, windmills prices tend to be a little higher than other locations. The staff, however appeared to be very friendly and service orientated.

I don't recommend this place. They did work for us this spring and we had several problems. They did not plant the fragrant plants we agreed on, but some weeds that you can did up by the road side. The sod they planted did not reach all the areas that were to be done, so they just filled it with top soil and seed instead. The driveway grading was not correct and they came back several times to "fix" it, but never achieved it. When I called to discuss the problem the Manager hung up on me. I was not yelling or swearing or anything unacceptable! Very unprofessional!! Who hangs up on a customer who has paid you $25,000 for work that was unsatisfactory.

Answered the phone right away when I called. I asked about some plants and the girl who answered the phone knew right away if they had them. They did. I went right over to pick them up .

We had our front walkway and landscaping completed fall 2020. After 3 quotes we chose Windmill. Bob Wink and his team were professional, adhering to covid-19 regulations, efficient and prompt and on time. We are delighted. The walkway has enhanced our home. Thank you for such professional work and service. As a result we will ask Windmill to complete 2 new projects in the spring. Use Windmill!

Ordered five yards of topsoil and a yard and a half of it was literal garbage. Cement, electrical wires, glass you name it. Sent them a message with pictures and tired phoning them. They don't even care enough to message me back or return my calls.

Ordered 2 yards of topsoil delivered. It showed up the next day and was more like 2 1/2 yards of clean soil. No rocks or weeds. I'm very pleased and will be ordering some triple mix for top dressing my lawn. Great quality. Thanks.

First time there on Saturday. Very friendly and helpful. Bought triple mix and it was clean no stoned or wood chips or anything else in it. It was good clean triple mix. Plants were are good price and they were awesome too. Easy to get to from Orillia. Right off of hwy 11 . 6 minutes drive. Check them out.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. We used windmill for our pool stonework and gardens. We were so impressed with everything. Bob and his crew are amazing- They were in constant contact with us during our pool install, and moved at a pace we couldn’t believe. They showed up 7am consistently. Everyone on the crew was polite and hardworking. Bob stayed in contact during the whole process to make sure we were happy, and to assist with any changes we decided to make. The quote arrived quickly and we were very happy with the price. The workmanship is excellent- eveyone has been commenting on how amazing everything looks. We will continue to use Windmill for any landscaping needs we have.
