Last year, we hired Permit Works to do our basement apartment design and help us apply our permit. They did exactly as promise and delivered their drawing right on time. Permit Works is the company to go to if you want a speedy and quality service for your Permit Drawings and Designs. The owner, Kelvin, is very good at evaluating your request and making suggestions that will enhance your project. He is punctual on appointments and responses to changes on the design. I had no experience on getting a deck replaced and Kelvin took me from the start to the finish. There was the design, then the permit application and the follow up on the permit approval. He even provided suggestions of several contractors to do the project. Permit Works was my "One Stop" place for my deck project.

We bought our house last year to do a complete renovation and need to remove a few of the load bearing wall, therefore we hired Permit Works team to help us to do a redesign of our floor plan and get a building permit for our renovation. We have flipped a few houses before, and we have experience and have tried a few design firm out there. We are surprise they not only do what is required but also provide us a very efficient floor plan design. Now we are able to enjoy an extra office and powder room in our first floor. They have over delivered and have complete everything on time as promised. We are still incredibly happy living in the same house they have designed for us. We feel blessed that we are finally able to find a designer that will help us follow thru with the whole design and permit application process.
