Unique Projects has had the pleasure of working with Synthesis Design, As a general contractor the relationship between the contractor and the design team is very important Synthesis have always been great at communication. Their drawings and specs packages are detailed which helps everyone succeed on site with everyone knowing what is happening especially the client. We have had the pleasure of working with Synthesis Design on multiple projects now. As a general contractor, the relationship between the contractor and the designer is massively important. Synthesis have always been great communicators. Their drawings, specs and correspondence are super detailed and descriptive, which definitely helps our teams succeed on site. Synthesis has a very robust knowledge of the construction process, and are always flexible when it comes to adapting to current conditions. They work cooperatively with our team throughout the process, and ultimately this ensures a great experience for our clients. They are also just really nice people to work with.
