Here we offer you all the information of people like you who use the products of Outlet Collection at Niagara (Architect) in Niagara-on-the-Lake (Canada).
To this day this business gets a score of 4.4 stars over 5 and the rating was based on 127 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is really high, and it is founded on a high number of feddbacks, so we may conclude that the assessment is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to give feddbacks when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Architect is classified in the category of Shopping mall.
Amazing variety of shops, with many of them having great prices! It is an outdoor mall but they have shade everywhere so don't worry if it's too hot or raining! Strongly recommend you go!
RUDE, ARROGANT, DIRTY and NASTY shoppers HERE, never seen as many small minded people all in one place ever. Stores here are good and service people are very nice, but man the shoppers here SUCK they go into stores without masks, using the medical condition excuse, then they pIck their noses and wipe on clothing. They act like rotten babies with staff. I feel sorry for the kids and people that work here. Also the food court selection is sub par for such a big place.
bit less restaurants in eatery else is fine everything everything is on reasonable price
If shopping is your thing persevere. If being elbow to elbow with people and being accosted (metaphorically) over a discount sweater appeals to you… this is the place for you. Not me. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and stayed 10 minutes. All the big shops had 20-30 lined up out front of them. Marshall's was jammed, where I had issues over a sweater. The juice wasn't worth the squeeze. The prices vs. the crazy do not equal out. Hope this helps. Peace
Awesome ????Sales in all the stores. Especially during Christmas Time.
Clean and a lots of shopping options, food court is a standard food court nothing special there. But a great spot to get quality product at a discount price.
Great selection of stores, food court so so
Mall is pretty well organized. There are a couple of road maps throughout to help you find your stores. Locals can go to the customer service desk and obtain a discount card too.
Big parking lot and lots of stores. You could find really nice deals sometimes. But you need to know when to visit. Avoid busy hours is you don't like waiting in line. Stores I visited provide hand sanitizer which is nice however they need to have an automatic doors because now you need to open doors by hand which is a disaster for spreading covid, and this is the reason I didn't give 5 stars.
This is a pretty big Outlet mall compared to the one close to my home. It was many stores to keep up entertained. Unless you don't like crowds, it's a nice place to just chill. My only complain is that for such big mall, I'd expect more fast food choices, but it's not that bad. If you're traveling around the area like me, it's worth a visit.
Great place to head for a wonder and a shop. Love the idea it is outdoors. Can get very very busy due to location. But definitely worth a walk if you haven’t been. Prices seem to be pretty decent due to it being an outlet. Also there is a pretty big bass pro right next store. Bonus.
Love to shopping for kids and adults. Great deal and unique collection ????
Loads of free parking. Huge outdoor mall and feels safer during Covid to be outside. Great selection of stores and great outlet prices to choose from. Only downside is if it rains you’re stuck getting wet.
Best time to come here is around first and second week of December. Lots of good deals for clothes, footwear and more. Best place with so much variety in one place. Easy in out, parking and Awsome food court. Check their website before coming, drink lots of water and stay hydrated as it can be demanding
A great collection of all the popular stores in one place. Can always find unique items at discount prices.
Outlet pricings are not what I expected. there are no difference from the regular stores. But it was very shoppable, meaning not crowdy. Each store I stopped in I was greeted with friendly associates.
Great selection of stores and good discounts. Lines can be long therefore sizes may run out early. Lots of space to distance appropriately. Parking was easy to find. Because it's outdoors, remember to bring a jacket for the chilly weather.
Stores open at 11 am due to COVID situation. So in google map door open time shows at 10am. So please watch that.
The prices here are lower than other TH outlets. A lot of good stuffs there
Great indoor shopping outlet in niagara twenty min.away from fallsview
A great place near Niagara Falls, so you can go both places in one day trip. Plenty of parking and many sport brands. Restaurants is limited, price is reasonable. Christmas season has extra discount. I went there yesterday after a hike, I bought a sport jacket in Mountain warehouse, extra discount for member. Good deal.
While I like the concept of an outdoor mall, but it's more suitable for a tropical climate. In a place like Canada such a mall receives footfalls mostly during the few summer months. I like the brands and the deals they provide, however, the food court could have been bigger with more variety of cusines.
Too many stores. I got lost even following the maps it's like a maze. Been there once & hope not to have to go again. Three stars because I eventually found the store.....and my car. ????
There are two outlet malls in Niagara, this is the better one, come here if you want good deals and sweet threadz
Great collection of outlet stores. Deals were great too.
They have a great selection of stores. It's always very busy and long lines for some of their most popular stores (specifically Nike and American eagle). Food court has many offerings like sbaro, greek food etc. There are some food trucks as well and a McDonald's attached to the property. Washrooms are well maintained and they have family washrooms on premise. Finding a parking spot is never easy the lot is usually full and you will have to walk pretty fat just to enter the mall. It is an outdoor mall with individual stores. Some parts of the mall have coverings to keep out the elements. There is a small park near the end of the mall for children to play at near a tim hortons.
Fantastic ???? Lots to Explore in NIAGRA Falls Ontario Canada. Enjoy with family ???? Friends, your children, grandkids, husband & Loved ones ????
I am a local customer and going to the mall frequently. Weekends and holidays are very busy, much better shopping experience If you could go on weekdays to avoid line ups. One store to avoid: the north face. The customer service is terrible and staff is racist.
It can take a while, but there are some great deals and finds at stores! Food court portions are tiny :(
The mall is good itself, however I am deeply upset by the hours of service. They close at 7pm everyday, even during the weekend. This can be extremely frustrating for shopaholics like me. The mall itself is good though, just the timings that I am not a fan of.
Great experience. So cool to be at a mall that is outdoors. Ove the atmosphere.
For an outlet mall, the prices weren't great. I would get the same value during a regular sale season
I enjoyed my shopping this time. Not too many shoppers so no line up. Got 5 items off my shopping list
Great stores lots of great deal for good brands
I'm a shopper, but also a vendor at the Nooks in the Outlet Collection At Niagara on the Lake. So I'll be reviewing the nooks location within the shops specifically. The nooks is located near coach in the outlet mall. It's an amazing space where hand made vendors, such as myself, can rent space and all of the proceeds of the sale go directly back to the vendor. If you're looking to find something truly one of a kind, or made with love this holiday season, please check out the nooks! There are over 70 unique vendors to shop from and with every purchase, you make one of our dreams come true.
Really enjoyed this group of great outlets in Niagara Falls! All brand names were represented and we had a super time shopping! We went on Saturday evening of the long weekend and it was not overcrowded! Just a nice walkabout for sure. The food trucks outside the Eatery were a really nice touch! Ample parking, well lit for safety, great pricing in stores...all around enjoyable experience!
First time back since COVID-19 started. They have great designer clothes and shoes and great prices. However, many people were unmasked and some of the stores were very much over packed with zero social distancing.
Very clean and their Christmas decorations does put one in the mood for holidays. Love shopping here and I can get lost for hours in the collection of stores.
Awesome. Very expensive stores... but awesome.
Great place. Many options and it is open space so also safe.
Not bad. Lots of stores, but most overpriced.
i went at Niagara outlet once with my friend and this place is so nice. Nice place for shopping in summer.
Great collection and variety of stores/brands. Wish there were more restaurants/cafes.
Good black friday deals. It was crowded but not as usual. Everyone was wearing mask. Stores were taking all precautions. Long waiting outside each store as limit per person inside the store. On the whole, it was a good experience.
Good selection of stores but no real deals to be had.
This review is basically for Food Truck next to Beavertails. We tried their Veggie Fritters and Cottage Cheese Fritters it was delicious. It’s 1000 times better than the one’s we eat at restaurants. Keep it up Guys. Will definitely visit again????????
SUPER BUSY. If you're wanting too get a bunch of shopping done make sure you dedicate the day too going here. It's not a "couple hours" stop. Especially on busy weekends. Huge selection of stores though and you'll be able too find almost anything you're looking for. (I say almost because I went looking for a pair of sneakers (Airforce, Jordan's, Etnies, DC, Y'know, "skater/basketball shoes") and only found running shoe styles. ????
This is the best outlet store so far in the east coast.. all shops are available.. huge parking spaces and what I like about this outlet store is the open mall design... a lot of benches to sit when your tired of walking and a lot sale to.. love this place
This is an okay outlet, nothing major or amazing. A collection of stores, poorly organized (with a lack of available maps!), and several tourist traps.
Great place to shop if you go to Niagara fall.
Outlet Collection at Niagara - pretty new shopping outlet near the Niagara-on-the-lake. Apparently, there are not enough restaurant in this shopping outlet,s even though there is a Eatery / Tim Horton there still not enough eating choices. It is very crowded in the Eatery building. There is always a lineup in the Tim Horton.
Right on QEW exit 89, next to White oak spa zn resort.Highend stores, eatery facilities ,,shopping.Lots of wine tasting wineries are close by.Niagara falls, marine land, casino are very close by.Transit running frequent from outlet to To falls.Go and enjoy the shopping.
Found fleece winter pants for kids, plus thermo long sleeve shirts, these are hard to find.
Super huge selection Lot of designers store. Highly recommend for shopaholics.
We visited thus outlet first thing in the morning and we brought our dog. Its nice to be able to bring our pet without apprehension as not many places allow this. It was really great as everything is outdoors so there's lots of space for people to move around. There are so many stores and lots of places to eat. Shoe stores like Nike gets busy pretty fast so if you're a shoe person I would recommend you start with these stores to avoid long line ups. There is lots of different entrances so parking isn't an issue as there's so many to choose from. This outlet mall is right off the highway and super close to Niagara Falls. Definitely recommend this place if you're ever driving in Niagara.
Love it here because I get my steps in and my favorite outlet store Lacoste is there.
Very well positioned for the Covid 19 restrictions. Plenty of outside airy space..... however there are wait lines to get into the unique stores. Stay safe
It has hottopic there, that's literally the only store I go to hehe Parking is always busy and the mall can be confusing
Good number of stores. Lots of choices for clothing, shoes, sports ware. Toilets are clean.
Best mall with so many outlet stores and great deals. Really love how they have events or mini markets in the area by the food court. These usually have local vendors and it allows the mall to give back to the local community instead of just corporations.
Good deals here. Some stores are getting closed so very good deal there.
Fantastic day out browsing and shopping at the many shops of the Outlet Collection at Niagara. Still adhering to Covid19 procedures, masks, cleaning, sanitizing and restrictions on how many people are allowed in stores. Still an enjoyable day because of the opportunity to get out once again.
Can't believe how clean a place like this is. Great discounts with awesome variety of stores and brands.
Amazing variety of store selection for all ages. Outdoor walking between stores can be difficult in some weather conditions however mostly covered throughout. Parking close to entrances can be tricky on certain shopping days and times but worth the extra few steps. Dog friendly
hardly outlet prices, everything is pretty much full price. also, beware tourist prices at the food trucks and food court. $10.50 for a burger!! ???????? At least I copped some drippy shoes for a good price at one of the only true outlets, Famous Footwear.
Went there on a Tuesday morning. ‘Twas not busy at all! The deals were spectacular. Got a Kate Spade purse at 70% off! Has almost all the same stores as the Toronto Premium Outlets.
Great deals, but the pre-line for Nike was unexpected for a Thurdsay.
I go to Niagara Falls so many times and I went here the first time with my family and we think this outlet is the best place to go , definitely I’ll go here again during summer time .
Fun place to take a woman who loves shopping. Not cheap. Upscale and expensive
A good collection of popular stores. A very simple circular track layout. Great for days with good weather because it is outdoors. Lots of parking. Longest lines are for Nike (1-3 hrs) and Bath n Body Works (30+ min).
The outlets collection has many big brands like Guess, Coach, Adidas, Banana Republic and so mamy more. But their prices are not as low as the sound. some item are very pricy. Tehy however offer a therapeutic kind of shopping where one is not inside a big mall. Each store has it's entrance. The jave a food court for when you are hungry. There's a Tim Hortons.
Very good collection of stores. Not very kid friendly but like the outdoor atmosphere. They have a small play area for small children but was closed due to the pandemic.
My wife dragged me there. I hate outlets. But will admit this place was was really great with lots of interesting stores and "Curb Side" a section with a long row of food trucks. Not a bad way to spend the afternoon.
This is a great place to shop and walk around to get some exercise. It's all open areas with some covered to provide shade and some not covered.
Good place. I just don't like malls
Great place to shop, found a winter jacket and sunglasses!
Not a bad outlet mall. I appreciate the fact that it's an outdoor outlet and that makes it easy to keep your distance in Covid times. All of the stores are very responsible with capacity limits, mask rules, and offering sanitizer. The prices aren't super outlet deals - they mostly seem to cater to Americans who are taking advantage of the dollar exchange. That said, a few stores did have some worthwhile savings.
Wasn't that impressed, over priced and dull. Seems to be a venue for over pricing branded products and trying to convince you they are good value at 40% discount.
really need better stores and prices. only marshall’s is good. food selection is also a 3
Nice place cleaned brand name items very reasonable prices enough and free parking close to Niagara and st Catherine love to go again and again
Good variety of stores, I enjoyed walking around outside to get to each store
Quite the experience! I was amazed that despite it being a outdoor mall, it was cool and pleasant to be in!
The outlet mall is a fabulous place to take your dog when training, they learn when and what they can do around people. Some stores also allow you to take your dog in which is fantastic with training as well.
This outlet mall is pretty great! Awesome retailers (North face, Columbia, under armour) Great prices! Good parking!
This place has everything you could need a nice food court clothing stores and well everything
Lots of great stores. All in the same area.
These stores are nice, but alot of stores lack of options for certain items. (Including sizes!!)
Always noce to go. We just picked the wrong weekend to go. Labour Day weekend, a few line ups outside Nike, Adidas, and a few other brand named places.
Overcrowded with very rude people. Deals are ok but not the best
What I appreciate the most about this outlet is that many of the stores are dog friendly! Thank you to the retailers who allow our fur babies to shop with us.
Good but some stores like Levi's not a outlet store prices are ridiculous
???? Such a huge store! Everything that i need is in this store at a discounted price. ???? If you’re vistitng niagra falls, dropping by into this outlet mall is a good choice if your planning to go on shopping.
I love this mall. I would have gave it a five-star if I wasn't chased by mall cops outside of the stores for not having a mask on. I even read the stipulations on the website which says masks are mandatory indoors. So to be chased by two mall cops outside when I came out of the Columbia store and took my mask off is absolutely ridiculous that we have to be forced to wear our masks while outside breathing the outdoor air
The largest outlet mall of the region that hosts many brands including high end ones and offering great deals during the sale season.. Parki g capacity is sufficient. During winter months, be careful and make sure you have your coat with you as it's an open area without heating.
Outdoor shopping mall. Great spot during pandemic!
It's a beautiful mall that from the exterior is very nice. Tho unless your strictly there for clothes or shoes, this mall doesn't provide a while lot of other stores. Make sure you know what your going there for, to make the trip worth it. I walked around for almost an hour and couldn't find anything of really interest to me. Needs more diversity.
First time visiting and I liked it. The stores are nicely organized and nit scattered around like some other outlet malls.
They have a lot of nice stores and most stores have really good deals
Went on a Monday afternoon in early November 2020. The outlet mall was quiet. Had an extremely passively-aggressive store manager at Famous Footwear basically tell me (I had to sanitize my hands with their hand sanitizer as I came in, even though I had told the young woman greeter at the door that I had just sanitized my hands before I had come in. The manager then went on to courteous but aggressively explain how busy they were and because it is a mall that has too many out-of town visitors, it is mandatory to use their hand sanitizer at their store. They were the only store who demanded we sanitize as we walked in. Needless to say, my husband and I did not purchase anything there nor did we stay long.
All i can say is Better than Toronto premium outlets
It's Like a plaza of stores of original stuff. You'll gonna like it!
Expensive in comparison to Mirabel Outlet. But more choices are available There. Visitors must take advantage of the 25% extra discount.
Always have the best price! very clean and new
Great shopping ambiance. Open air concept with good services. There were no real outlets to speak of and prices were the same or higher than conventional store locations. Would easily be a five star with a few true outlet stores.
This is your average outdoor mall. Love that there is a ton of parking space, but wish more was done to keep shoppers warm in transit between stores. The deals are comparable to stores within the GTA, nothing remarkable. Only really loved the cozy artificial grass area!
Great mall, has all the famous brands with reasonable prices. Washrooms are clean and it has a lot of parking space. We got free chocolates at Lindt just to visit :)
I find the outlet malls in the US are much better. The stores at the Niagara outlet were just like regular stores without much clearance or outlet like prices. Not worth the trip and won’t go back. At least the staff were very nice.
Exactly what you would expect at an outlet! Great and organized! You can find all the standard shops there!
Great selection of stores with many sales that are not even marked was nice surprise at the checkout!
Good for lots of clothing and shoe shopping but you do have to dig for some deals and cold or rainy weather may dampen your spirits travelling from store to store despite the covered walkways.
Best outlet for getting good deals year-round
Must go and buy, full of variety and very competitive rates for all the brands
So many deals and sales. Lots of stores you won't be disappointed
Very nice place. Enormous variety. Needs more location directories.
The Indian Aroma Kitchen food truck, fully deserves this 5 star rating due to their highly satisfactory customer service, and even better food. I have came here to eat several times and have always been more than satisfied. The entire crew in the food truck are super friendly and especially, Pilav(Who I believe is the head chef). If you’re going to the outlet, this is one of the best to make if you’re looking for a quick butter chicken poutine or even a meal. The picture below is the BUTTER CHICKEN POUTINE.
Beautiful night at the Outlet Mall. First day back to school and not overly busy. Lots of choices, great sales!
Variety of brand stores , the prices are too high to be an outlet, the food court is small for the whole place.
Was here yesterday and the lineups was insane, especially for Nike that was estimated by the staff to be 1 and 1/2 hour to 2 hours! We skipped that. Ended going to CK and other stores with shorter lineups
One of my favorite outlets...
Great selection of discount outlets, the prices are 30% to 90% off.
Nice and clean. Would have given 5 stars if there was a pub with a patio to relax and have a drink while the spouse continue to shop.
Superb deals. Cheaper than the states with sales. Cross the border. Will be back.
The variety of stores are lacking some of the better brand stores, and also I find the merchandise a little outdated, compared to the outlet at Halton Hills
Impressive place with open space, now days a must. Huge number of outlet stores. Highly recommended it
Great outlet centre to shop and visit if you plan the stores you would like to visit. This outdoor shopping mall is great when in good weather. The Outdoor elements make shopping difficult especially when traveling with elders or children. The outlets do offer a great line up of stores and can be worth the trip.
Pretty much walked around ....mask was not mandatory outside here.....unlike Toronto premium outlets.....this was kinda nice .....having a little bit of normality back...free to breath the air.....outside....mandatory mask in all stores.
A nice place to shop if youre ever in the Niagara Falls area. Perfect to visit especially on weekdays when its less crowded. Although, the food court has less varieties.
I was shopping..for walking shoes for my 88 year old Grandmother. Maybe slightly picky. We had been to 5 stores already. Grandma is getting tired. A young gentleman Alvin served us. I cannot say enough about this man. He made his momma proud. He asked gramma to sit..got her shoe size..and brought different shoes to her. Once trying them on he took the time to tie them for her. Thank you Alvin..your amazing ..your customer service skills are above and beyond
Good place and slightly bigger stores.. so if you are okay to drive then you might have more options that Toronto premium outlets. I think food court could have had better options but it is what it is. Overall a good place to spend an entire day if you love shopping.
Excellent stores. Low quality ‘discount’ mall around them. Very good quality shops. Staff are great. Buying a bunch of gifts. Went to the food court on Sunday a few weeks before Christmas. Half the tables are closed and chained off. A handful of tables left on the other half. Go to sit with food and we’re barked at by security: “The line for this tables is over there.” Man, I don’t want to line up to sit down. Fine, Covid requires some protocols. So I replied: “You have half your tables closed.” Security literally says to me: “Not sanitized. Not enough staff.” All the shops had staff. None of the shops complained to me about how they don’t know how to run their business. None of the shops had large lineups for cash with closed cash registers. They figured it out because operating Coach or Boss means running everything about the shopping experience well. People have empathy for a business that has to enact protocols during Covid. But for this mall to cram shoppers into a small number of seats because it isn’t willing or capable or hiring staff... this is not a top tier mall. My kid and I froze carrying food 10 min to our car and are eating cold food in the parking lot. This place is a top tier collection of stores inside of something far less.
I likely interested to mall love big big wow! Hot and summer weather is great! Go there is again fun time Niagara Falls as same them.
Great place to hangout and large collection of items specifically during boxing day deals. Staff has well managed crowd during covid restrictions.
Great selection of stores and outlets. Always busy here. Not every store has sales or deals so look out for that.
People seem to love shopping at all the "factory outlet" stores in this mall. I dislike shopping immensely but went to the New Balance store to buy some golf shoes. They didnt have any. Bummer. The effort to go to this mall was all for naught.
Love this place, lay out is very nice. You can always find what you’re looking for.
Nice small shops here, the food is OK not the best shop selection.
A pleasant experience across the border from Buffalo, NY! Good finds with an overall feel that you would like for others to have as well. Most stores that you would find in the U.S. so it is mainly what you are looking for.
Seen Niagara Region Police checking to see if car doors were locked in parking lot around mall. Looked as if they were giving tickets to unlocked cars.
Amazing range of shops in one place all seam to be expensive though
It was ok, just gotta watch pricing like always. Just a girl's getaway
Outdoor outlet shopping at its best! Great layout, and very, very clean! Some excellent shoppes with all following safety protocols. Nice food options, too.
Vast selection of stores, nice prices throughout. Good parking.
Very huge partially outside mall. All the stores are enclosed but you walk outside to get to the next one. Many high end stores are located here, along with more reasonable priced stores. There is a section that has a few food trucks, as well as a regular food court. For the kids there is a section or two, that has a playground. Worth the trip just to see the place. Especially when they have some good promotions (sales) for you.
Great selections of high-end outlets with great deals! Nice place to walk around and do some shopping. Common areas and food court are always well maintained.
Not much stuff available here but it might not be their fault. Lots of reports said that countries that used to make those cheap stuff are not taking orders anymore due to the increased costs in materials, labor and shipping that made it not profitable at all.
Great store of course . But the staff is actually very helpful and friendly . Not like some of the bass pro shops I have been too .
Lot of shops to do your shopping..... discount as well....but the only thing is not ideal..the food court is too small..long waiting to find a empty seat .don't even think of a table...also not enough food booth to chose
It has all the essential stores for a Canadian outlet. The choice of stores for suits was amazing
Great stores, great deals! Also dog friendly and most stores are too!
Children's Place has some amazing deals.
Bass pro shop is a great store it's unfortunate at this location in the Niagara on the lake seldom has the things you want in Stock
Great deals on all popular fashions. The wife bought a coach purse 80% off retail. Awesome deal.
A neat mall! The walkways are outdoorsy. It's the first time I've been to such a mall! The Outlet Collection has a friendly welcoming environment. A friend and I went to pepper palace there. Was not hard to find when using the north entrance.
Wonderful, exotic food market! Check it out, you will enjoy. Raclette and pulled pork amazing.
Great place for shopping.. Lots of open space and distance between shops so social distancing is not a problem. You feel safe shopping here.. On the way to Niagra so can combine shopping with fun...
It was a lot better a few years ago. Very few deals/very little savings. Most stores raise prices to drop them for deals. Compare the prices online before you buy. If traveling from far think twice. Most places only have unwanted good from other stores.
Nice mall.. although i wouldnt call it an outlet by american standards. The bathrooms were disgusting. The location is very good. Kid friendly play area with toy badminton, bowling pins, etc
Nice to wander around big box concept outlet stores with a "mall" feel to it. Food trucks I saw this summer gave more choice for food options. Play area for kids. Easy to get to from highway. Good choice of shopping
Nice shopping stop over before going Niagara falls. Good prices and great deals on sale items. Have indoor and outdoor food courts, chairs outside near heaters, very cozy during winter.
They have great deals every time i go! It’s a nicely spaced out area & everyone practices social distancing. Employees in various stores are very friendly & kind. Much better than Toronto Premium Outlets with regards to deals. Definitely my favourite outlet!
Typical outlet mall. all the normal stores and some unique home stores. Indoor eating at the time we visited was not allowed.
I went shopping with my sister and her daughter for kids clothes which they got mostcof the items. It was nice sitting and watching everyone shopping. We all were very careful to continue to self distancing.
As an avid shopper, I love outlet malls and over the years enjoyed shopping at this one. I find that more recently, many (not all) stores here are not providing outlet prices or outlet items and it's no different than going to your local mall. Depends what you are shopping for. I'll still return another time or two and see if things are still shifting to regular pricing but almost not worth driving in.
Went to Eddie Bauer for a gift certificate. Clerk was very helpful and pleasant. Thank you
Great location and along the way from Niagara going back to Toronto. You will always find great deals here.
I love going to this outlet. I always enjoy my time there. It has some really good stores.
Plenty of great deals. Wide walking area for social distancing! WE LOVE THAT YOU CAN BRING YOUR DOG INTO MOST OF THE STORES.
IF YOU GO make sure you have a warm coat or umbrella. All stores are outside so weather is something to take into consideration. The product in most stores i went into qasnt that great and the lines were ridiculous. I was very disappointed as i drove 2 hours to get here.
Excellent shopping experience for all. Great variety of stores for everyone to enjoy. Parking lot can be a bit of a challenge but thankfully there is ample parking available.
Great selection of stores with a price point for everyone. Well-laid out and easy to get around. Every sales clerk was welcoming and friendly. Washrooms were clean and plentiful. The Eatery has a good variety. The tables were cleaned as soon as we got up to leave.
If your ever in Niagara, this is where you'll have to go! This outlet has everything, my favorite stores were, Fossill, Vans, Kate Spade, and so much more. Lots of walking, but we'll worth it. I will miss this place.
This was fun! Not too crowded and stores are following all protocols! Best part was I could take my puppy and it was great mental stimulation for her to see and sniff people! She was such a good girl on the leash and loved it! Yay to all the pet friendly stores, and we loved all the staff at the North Face today! They loved my pup and held her while I tried on stuff! Thank you @Northface!
Love going out to the outlets. All covid protocols being followed in each store I was in. The general outdoor area can be a bit crowded.
Good place to spend a day. Parking is a little hectic. Lots of variety.
I had been in Outlet on civic day, it seemed to me costlier then before. I visited different stores, checked on clothes, shoes, but high prices prevented me from shopping. However I enjoyed sunny day with delicious food and fantastic falls view.
Many big brands can be found here. Extremely busy, long line ups even for washrooms. I did not find difference in cost of items , same as going to regular malls or more expensive in a few places
Best place to hit after a day trip at Niagara Fall. It has all my favorite shops here and the mall looks trendy and nice! It closes at 9pm on Saturday so no need to rush at all. I will definitely come back again!
Large outdoor mall with a huge variety of stores and a few places to eat. Usually reslly busy
Decent outlet stores in an open air shopping mall adjacent to White Oaks. One of only a handful Pet friendly malls so fido can go shopping with you. For the most part, the majority of stores seem to don't mind dogs going in which is rare in Ontario. Decent food court too and the Beavertails is a plus.
This is a very good outlet to shop for your seasonsl and luxury clothing. The Outlet collection at Niagara is a home to some great brands, with good discounts. The brand outlets available is endless. Yesterday, I got amazing discount deals from Tommy Hilfiger, and DKNY, and also massive discounts on some winter shoes Browns shoes. There are also some good meal options after available at this outlet.
Best place to shop. Always great deals on clothes, shoes and accessories of different brands.
Went to the Bass Pro shop here and its like walking into a place you know mush have cost a lot to build The ceiling in this place are like 70 feet high and has amazing scenery to look at on the walls. The place has a nice large aquarium. The place has everything you need if you are an outdoors person.
My place to shop! Only thing is I wish they had more food options especially for non-meat eaters. This place is every sale lover’s paradise!
Great selection of stores. Nice food court. Easy parking.
Visited this mall for the first time and I liked the collection of stores and was impressed with the variety and stock levels of stores that I visited. Loved shopping there.
Lots of big name shopping options. Most stores have some decent deals, others regular prices. It’s great for walking around. Dog friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along to shop. Open year round, and I do believe slightly heated during the winter so you can still shop around without completely freezing. Found the covid protocols have been very good over the pandemic, even with all of the tourist traffic.
Not too much deals, I visited all the stores and I did not buy anything, better offers in Montreal Premium Outlet, Toronto Outlet or a simple Winners
Reasonable prices but unattentive and unprofessional staff in some stores. Moreover, Huge lineups everywhere especially outside NIKE. So, Want to grab a deal, Be really quick to reach there!
A very cool collection of shops and a super nice area for the kids to play. The shops are amazing but the deals are hard to come by.we will be coming back and wish w had lived closer to them. Maybe more food options would be nice but they really offer a variety of shops
Cool outdoor mall with cover for rainy days. Some deals are there to be found but you can still find items sold in Buffalo that are not sold here.
Great place to shop when looking for deals on your favourite brands. Amazing to walk around in the summer but not in winter. Also the fast food options are so great.
Lots of people when I went a week ago, which was the opening weekend of Stage 2 in Ontario. Socially distanced, everybody wearing masks, and lineups in front of the stores to ensure distancing inside. Good variety of stores and close to Niagara.
Place is very crowded on weekends and with limited capacities in stores the outside portion is very congested with line ups.
First time here. You need to know what store you want in order to park near it. Went to Marshall's thought it might be bigger but got good deals there.
Prices where not in-line with the merchandise or lack of selection. One clothing store was not clean as there was dust bunnies all over the place. Mentioned to a worker and they acknowledged the poor condition. My wife and i where disappointed in the over all experience.
Over crowded for the quality. Parking is a issue for the elderly. Unless you want to walk and shop in an open environment, not a very good place. I would say Vaughn mills is better if you’re looking for enclosed mall.
Good variations of stores but the Toronto premium outlets is better
Not truly and outlet mall. Prices are the same or higher than their regular stores.
Got good deals in this outlet. Especially Under Armour store has discounted prices compared to other factory outlets. Lot of wait lines in front of each store during the weekends.
Medium sized outlet, limited choices for eating. The eatry had very few options to eat.
Nice mix of stores, prices are ok. Not outlet prices I'd say, but no worse than a regular mall at least. They tried their best to follow covid protocol, but unfortunately the general public must not be able to read and follow instructions. Lines for most stores kinda sucked, but it's too be expected during a pandemic.
All brands in one place. Great place to be. Eatery is also good. They have variety of choices in the food court! Washrooms are neat & clean.
Not the biggest outlet. There is some good deal, but many stores have a lot of full price items. There is little roof if rains or to protect from the sun.
Visited the place for the 1st time and would say it is better than torornto premium outlets in many ways. So if you are comparing with it choose this if distance is not a big deal plus they have more variety of stores to shop from.
This place is one of the best place to go and shop for the family and hang out you can get anything that u desired great tasting food
Loved the place enjoyed shopping here and many more varieties seen at this Amazing mall
Very spacious and clearly arranged outlet center with all top brands. You can move without stress and orientate yourself well. The shops are also very spacious. There are many discount campaigns and a lot of money can be saved. A visit is worthwhile.
Almost stores are open with limited capacity. Popular stores have reasonable lineup but not too crazy. People are keeping social distance and shops are enforcing hand sanitizer. Washrooms are fairly clean. Food court is open but no dine in, there’s an area open outside people sitting outside to eat.
Great stores with ample parking area that was properly plowed and salted for winter safety!
Love this place , it’s such a beautiful open shopping concept. Lovely place to hang and shop around with friends.
Nice place to spend a few hours owt of town. Pretty close to Niagara falls and good outlet stores. Prices are not shockingly low, they compare to sales and normal lromotions, but it's a nice outdoor shopping mall.
Feel free to go there to shop anytime.. never crowded, you can find more collection here. Stores are big and great environment.
Good if you're going for something specific. Otherwise, nothing special.
I had a great experience today at the UGG store at the Niagara premium outlet. The employee, Leo, was just fabulous.... extremely helpful..!! Anyone going here can ask for him, and I'm sure u will feel the same. Thanks again Leo !!
Awesome selection and most of my favourite stores in that mall
Definitely need a better selection of stores. Adidas and Nike are decent. Saks barely has anything that the masses would hope to see there. However, BigSmokeBurger is a not-so-hidden gem located in the Eatery
Now this outlet center is pretty good, with some decent deals! Lots of variety!
Great mall, great and easy layout. What you’d expect from an outlet. Great stores, everything is clean. However there were really no sales or deals. Everything was full price. A little disappointed.
Great place to go shopping from Toronto, you can fine bargains prices at this location. Alot cheaper than most outlets we been to. You get better deals there when close towards the holiday season.
An amazing range of shops here all at great prices too
Great place for shopping. The Eatery was not so convenient to be able to pass through to get from the Parking Lot to the Shopping Area. Instead of having an open lane through the middle, people had to squeeze through the scattered queues of the various Food Vendors selling the Take-Out only items.
I was at the mall on a Sunday evening, December 12, close to 7pm/ time of closing, I had to change my 5 month old’s diaper, I was surprised that the PARAGON security guard legit knocked the door of the washroom and asked me to come out since he was supposed to lock the door at 7 pm and it was past 7. That was so rude. At least cooperate with-someone with a baby and a stroller. He legit kicked me out of the mall (main door) as soon as I was out of the washroom. It was freezing cold and windy outside. I had to wait for my ride. The stroller was literally blowing away with wind and baby cried so much. Understandable, he was doing his job. But That was really inhumane of him to ask me come out and literally kick me out .. have some mercy !
Been going since it opened. Especially appreciate the exterior corridors since covid19. Beautiful in the winter, well decorated.
Good selection of stores. No firesale at any locations but decent prices on well known brands.
Fun place, partially covered, chilly but warm in the food court, lovely outside fireplace, open until 8 on Saturday
Great shopping! Good prices
THE best outlet in southern Ontario. Great brands and discounts! Food options not that good, don’t come hungry ????
Overall the offers are incredible and the city itself is spectacular. The major issue is the abundance of people and limited time you get to truly purchase the things you want. If you are visiting especially during Stage 2 of Ontario’s reopening, allocate your time wisely.
Great place to shop when I visit Niagara, love the outdoor concept
Excellent atmosphere, love the variety of store ,and especially the outdoor food trucks the indoor food court was completely full when I visit. Love the idea that it’s a short drive from the falls, will return for sure when in the area.
Very huge and nice mall for shopping.. most of brands are there.. they had really nice parking family and washroom facilities too.. well maintained place .. prices were high but sometimes you can get discounted prices on few things .. must visit
Open concept mall, disappointing the non sales. Prices are the same as everywhere else.
Not as good as a selection in comparison to Halton Hills one and traffic is much worse getting there. Very expansive and some few food trucks and a Timmies but save your appetite for Turtle Jacks in Stoney Creek, Stores had semi decent discounts but nothing extraordinary to make me want to come back Victoria Secret had lingerie at $14 or less got a water bottle for $5.
Popular brand I went to are Lacoste, Polo by Ralph Lauren and Hugo Boss. The prices here is definite less than if you go to a regular store.
Lots of brands to choose from, good price, well organized, pleasant shopping experience.
Loved it. ???? Must try to visit. Its 40% to 70% discounted. May this corona comes every day so we can get more discount. ????
Lots of shops. Not all have specials or high limit. Eatery perfect for lunch.
Good place to shop. I just don't find there price very attracting enough.
Great mall. Lots of stores. Bought a Kate Spade purse. Met my husband's cousins there.
Nice experience and a great selection of stores.
No great deals.Toronto outlets is far better.
They have some pretty good stuff! We bought some, we left happy! I'll be back!
Don't waste time if you are shopping for deals. Sitting arrangements is disaster. Now that we have been through pandemic for over year and half you would think they will think proactively to have proper sitting arrangement. Not a good choices, you would get better deals and choices in retail stores. Save your time and money. Waiting times to enter some shops more than an hour. Waiting lines in Washroom.
Great variety of stores. Fun places for children to play and relax. Loved the wine tasting rooms in the food court.
Social distancing is practiced! And line up are followed. Not too busy since pandemic. Still people should respect spaces. Social circle are made. Can only eat on stores with patio. Inside eatery not too open.
Generic outlet mall, basically a copy paste of the Toronto Premium Outlets but less stores and selection within them. Anything worth going to had a ridiculous line up. Most stores sell outlet-specific products so you’re not really getting a deal, not worth the time to find parking and wait around in line.
Good selection of stores you'd find at most outlet malls. While most of the stores had legacy "outlet" styles to choose from the prices weren't as low as you would expect from American outlets.
Decided to put a visit here on our way back from the Falls. My observation is that queuing is arguably a national pastime for many in ONtario. It was a terrible waste of time. I’m sure things will be back to normal this Friday onwards.
You always gets latest here whichever gets released in US stores too. E.g shoes, clothing.
Prices were okay, nothing spectacular. Nike line is ridiculously long, better off just to stay in your city to find deals
Very cleans and organized. Bathrooms were well kept. Make the 3 hour drive every few months
To be honest, I thought the officers were not good. Extremely overpriced.
Such a great selection of vendors. I'm sure many would consider it a little far to visit, it's so well worth the trek! Very comforting to see the staff adhering to Covid-19 protocols. I highly recommend it!
Awesome place if you wanna shop cheap from the best brands. But make sure to wear proper clothes if visiting in winters.
Bargains are great, some of the areas are covered, wich helps on rainy days.
Great outlet collection. Lots of shops to choose from.
It was a fun day spent with my daughter shopping! We got our steps in and then some! It's a nice experience shopping there. Being an outside mall, it will be awesome and probably alot more crowded in the summertime! Great name brand/designer outlet stores!
It is the place where we can get great deals for outfits, shoes and many other things. Moreover, it the best place to Hangout as well. We can explore different stores for a whole day...
It was not too much crowded. It was a big line outside the nike store.
I perfer shopping at the USA outlet malls. However Got some good deals at puma!
The concept of the mall does not fit the Canadian winter :)
Nice outdoor ambiance. Social distancing protocol in place. All stores opened...lines to access some stores as store limits capacity in place.
A lot of stores! These outlets have so much stuff but not a lot of quality.. we checked out a few shops, a lot of designer names, looking for a graduation dress, found it at Yaya, and Saks on the Fifth. Yaya was about $300, Saks was no less. The staff was great. The girls were super friendly, very knowledgeable and offered their honest opinions. The store was stocked with so many beautiful pieces. They had everything a woman would want, dresses, shorts, skirts, rompers, designer jeans etc.. we bought the dress, my daughter wasn’t happy with the purchase. As we walked to Saks, she decided the other dress was more her style. I went back to return the dress. I was told it was a final sale. No returns only exchanges. The girl I spoke to would not have it any way. I had to inform her, no one relied the information to me, I wasn’t aware of, “no return policy”, and asked to speak to the manger. Long story short, The dress was returned as it was same day purchase but normally it’s not accepted. So be careful when purchasing, Saks, no one helped with dresses, could not find a person to help, found what she liked and bought it. No hassle, no issues, option of exchange or return within 30days, they gave us free granola bars! Two very different shopping experiences in the same place.
They only have one entrance open! So people have to walk around the mall to find the entrance. No signage to indicate where the only entrance is. No handicap parking near the only entrance. If only one entrance they should have someone there to monitor the number of people entering, which they don’t so why only open only one entrance???? Does not make any sense! I understand Covid but put someone at the entrance to monitor numbers.
Very long line ups. Its hit or miss some stores seem really overpriced other have great deals. Eye of the beholder perhaps?
Best way to describe this place is an all outdoors mall. It was very clean, I was thankful it wasn't raining, otherwise we would not have walked past every store!
Amazing shopping outlet, you'll find many of the big brands here, it's just missing Gucci and Louis vuitton however it's an excellent place to shop from kiddies to household you'll find a whole range of departmental stores.
Typical outlet mall, not the best of discounts, if you're there fine but would not go out of the way.
all price was same as Toronto, they just advertising about outlet ,nothing special most of the time
Way too overpriced. I don't know why they call this an outlet. The same stores in London are waaay cheaper.
Great shopping experience at the outlet mall! Lots of good deals in stores, can find coupons online too if needed! Many stores had social distancing measures in place and had signs for filled store capacity. Wasnt too busy when we went so it was nice to walk around and explore
Great variety, clean and good looking mall. Not all stores always have sales going on though.
Always fun and always find something, needed or not...lol Great selection og stores.
Beautiful serene. I love shopping here
Busy during the long weekend but the weather played out nicely. Very clean. Great deals for back to school shopping. Just need to be patient
This is a pretty good outlet mall in the Niagara Falls area, even though compared to the outlet mall in Mississauga the mall doesn’t have as many high-end brand as the Mississauga. But still has brands like coach moose knuckles, MK, Nike etc
So many on sale items; one store closing , selling items for $3.99 and below.
You may find very good prices. The experience is kind of different in compare to other malls and shopping centers.
Great section nice park and design and a turf playground for kids. I'm not a fan of outlets cause usually there outside, but this one well still outside , the way it's situated the wind is getting blocked it's kinda like a outside mall. The pic is the Gap outlet there's stores on both sides and across as well. l will get better pics next time.
Nice place to visit and by branded products at lower prices.
The place is not crowded and the stores follow Covid19 protocols. Great variety of stores. You might find what you want (and don't want) at a very reasonable prices.
Good stores, amazing deals on Black friday! Vans store is my fave.
Always love coming here. Came early when the stores opened and no lines.
This Nike outlet store has the most disorganised staff i've ever experienced. Your staff needs to check their integrity and professionalism when it comes to massive line-ups. I have informed the lad that my friends were going to the toilet since we've waited for almost an hour in the first line up section and assured me that's okay. I was moved to the second line (outside Nike store line) and again told one of the staff that my friends were still in the toilet (washroom had lineups). As soon as they came in line with me, the store guy in asian decent rejected my friends since they were not in the line with me. I have mentioned to him that the lad on the other line up section informed me that they were okay. It was an absurd experience since we've waited in line for an hour and yet my friends were turned down. How come the Caucasian man with her partner were able to go (she was not in the first line) and yet the minority people get questioned and were let down? Why would I go in whilst my friends wait for me outside? At this point, this place were not worth my money and energy....therefore, I left. These staff acted as if they were top bosses...whilst making $15 an hour (give or take) who are racist and unprofessional. That an hour wait in the rain was absurd just to get let down. I will never step foot at this store and will make sure my friends from around the globe as well.
Just an ok experience. No real super deals. Many, many of the items from name brand clothing and accessories are produced for the brands from secondary manufacturers. Have a very close look at branding and country of where it was produced. Some good deals in household products, but you need to be conscience of regular prices. Bundled items may look like a deal but in reality not a good buy if made from secondary manufacturers.
Great outdoor outlet mall !!has eatery for meals , lots of restrooms , good variety of stores!! ????????
I went to couple of stores including Lacoste. The prices were decent .. great place to shop.
Really happy with our trip to the Niagara outlet! The selection of stores is huge, and we found everything we were looking for. Picked up a bunch of shoes at Cole Haan for 60% off, and the cashier was awesome and said we also got $50 off every $250 spent for being from out of town. Signed up for emails and boom, another 10% off. Eddie Bauer- Picked up a new down filled jacket for 50% off.. super happy about that as I couldn't find one I liked anywhere else. Also picked up warm gloves 50% off. Roots had 30% off but couldn't find one I loved. J crew was 60% off everything, still too expensive for my liking but it was nice to pick up dress socks discounted for Christmas presents. Banana republic was 50% off , they had a lot of lovely sweaters that came to $29.99 with the discount. If you look closely through the socks and undies you may find extra deals, I found a pair of boxers regular $14.99, reduced to $8.99 and they added the 50% discount to that. Kate spade had the same sale as Vaughan mills and Toronto premium outlets - 60% off everything plus additional 20% off! One of the bags I liked also was already marked down prior to the discounts. Other things to note : deals in Browns were pretty much non existent , they had a signs saying 50% off already reduced merchandise but everything I picked up didn't have the stickers required. Michael Kors had 50% off plus additional 10%, Nike store had similar deals to premium outlets and Vaughan mills .. lots of overstock shoes between $50-$200. Bath and body works seemed to have nothing extra compared to regular stores, but they did have select 3 wick candles for $15 which was a nice deal. If you have no idea where to start , try Saks Fifth Avenue as you'll be able to browse lots of brands and styles .. they had 40% off already reduced merchandise. It's another outdoor style shopping centre so dress warm in winter! Grab a beaver tail as a snack :)
Pretty good shopping experience. Seems like they are taking all the necessary precautions to protect people during the pandemic.
Lots of store options but disappointed in the number of disabled parking spots. I had to circle the whole area to find a vacant spot and it was frustrating for my family. Aside from this, there are a lot of shopping options and deals in most stores that I haven't seen at other locations. I'd come back again but on a less busy day.
Love coming here some of the stores I go into has great deals. Charmed candles had a good sale going on some items even cheaper than the website. Kate spade everything was from 60% off to 75% love those deals.
Lots of parking and some great deals if you really look around. When I was there recently there were Nile vapormax shoes at the Nike outlet. Pretty good.
Lines were acceptable (Nike was exceptionally long though). Lots of stores to visit
Wide variety to choose from and some great deals depending on when you choose to go. Would recommend! ????
Will Provide you best shopping experience ever,,,,,,a lot of variety
One of the largest open air malls in Canada located in the midst of wine country.
After the falls cruise we bought some footwear from one of the shops. Accidentally got the wrong size but the great staff there made the exchange friendly and easy!
Tough go get around such a vast place with arthritis. Also being outdoors going from one shop to another in the rain isn't fun.
So good to be back at this outlet. Great stores to shop at. Good variety. Food court had good choices too
Mall is always busy no matter what time I go there no matter covid or no covid.
I love Outlet Collection ❤️. The prices are lower and variety is more as compare to pen centre. Overall, I love to do shopping here in this location.
Went here on the much hyped black Friday. Were able to get few deals, otherwise it was a normal day sale prices. The bus connectivity is good, not much of hassles. Its a huge area, reminded me of International Trade Fair in India, but the crowd was conparitively low. Would love to have more eating and drinking options around which can make the visit even more pleasant.
Shopping at Brown's was a wonderful, quick, kind, and fun experience. I was most assisted by Mark, who provided an outstanding service through actions and words. I was pleased to meet Mark, Rob, and Katrina during the experience. I left feeling happier, inspired, and confident in myself. I thought deeply about Mark telling me that he (assumed pronoun) does not care if shoes appear to elongate his feet. That stuck with me throughout the day and will continue to do so. The way that Mark presented the shoes, talked with me, and helped me showed diligence and passion. When I said that I have ankle troubles and the shoe I tried on was hurting, Mark went back with the shoe to fix the issue it was causing me. At checkout, Rob informed me of leather-care products such as wipes and sprays to increase the life of the shoes, especially through winter. With the guidance of Rob and Mark, I chose to buy a weather-resistant spray and wipes (apologies for not knowing the names, I do not have the products on me). I am extremely grateful for the shopping and social experience a Brown's.
Nice to outside! Busy but you have lots of choices from different stores!
Updated June 2021: Mall is reopened now with limited capacity. Very long lineups at almost every store. Took at least 30-45 minutes or longer to get in. Great customer services in all the stores. Washroom facilities are well organized and clean. Excellent Covid safety protocols and feels very safe shopping here. ------------------------------------------ Review from a year ago - Nice and huge outdoor designer outlet malls! Lots of parking. Friendly welcoming stores with great discounts! The eatery needs more varieties and bigger sitting area, in my opinion. But overall, it was a great experience! Will definitely recommend!
Excellent location with lots and lots of parking spots. The layout is beautiful and easy to walk around. Amazing stores with great prices. Clean location with small parks for the kids to play. Great place for shopping with the family.
Shops and foodcourt are open and clean. The place tends to get crowded. The outlet opens at 11 and I got there 11:30 and the lines were already stacking. Security had to stand by the entrances by noon because too many people were coming in than out. Nevertheless i still enjoyed the pleasures of shopping despite the pandemic still going on. Note: lines are going to be x3 longer than usual because of the store capacity restrictions. GL. PS. Don't forget your mask :)
My boyfriend and I love shopping here. We love the selection of stores that are available and that we can be outside in the fresh air while we browse around :)
Good shops, beavertails, food court could host more options...
Many shops to choose from - I’d especially recommend Point Zero for winter clothing, CK accessories for gifts and great deals in Hugo Boss and Coach as well. Guess’ changing rooms closed (November 2021) - bad. Dont be discouraged by the size of Saks 5th ave, lot of deals as well. The overall experience is Actually much better than spending time in a shopping center. Whenever you feel overwhelmed by the people or anything you can get fresh air right away.
Great deals compaired to other outlets!
Not my thing. Huge area. Every store imaginable. I never want to go back but shopper oriented people will love it.
Could be better but price reductions are minimal and anything good, is low in stock so it goes quickly. Kind of nice if you want to kill a day but I would rather hit up Niagara itself or other outlet malls.
Alot of goods and choices to select from. Nice place to shop where you can bring your pets with you.
Not a very special place. also it’s cold in winter because it’s not a mall. some parts are covered.
Very spacious, clean and accessible (wheelchair friendly) . Eatery wasn’t my taste but I did find the espresso spot was intriguing. Very pleased with the stores overall.
It doesn't have a good price, very nice and clean place for window shopping only
Enjoyed getting out in the fresh air and doing a little shopping we found some good deals.
i have tried to share the pics of almost all the brand outlets available here along with a pic of the Guide map featuring all the stores available here. Washroom is very neat and clean. There is a Big eatery area where you can dine in too(vaccination proof required). few food trucks available too. Customer service in all stores are really good and discounts are pretty good and more discount than the online website price. There is a kids play area opposite of Tim Hortons , one of the best location of premium brand shopping at big discounted price. its kind of a one stop shop of for premium brands at discounted price
Great outdoor shopping! Fun place for the "whole" family...it's doggo friendly! Spent an afternoon there with my wife, daughter and canine daughter recently. The open air shopping experience is fantastic. Good selection of stores. Something for everyone. There's tons of parking. Lots of entrances, close to every lot. Onsite bathrooms were clean and well maintained. It was stage 2 covid so the stores did have limited entry and several had outside line ups but the lines moved pretty quickly. Lots of unusual products to see. Some good deals to be had. Definitely a worthwhile stop if you're visiting the area.
Good outdoor mall. Remember this is still in Canada so you’re not actually getting any deals..
It was a great day to walk through. Just cool enough, not too warm and not too cold.
Best for summer time shopping. Crowded due to COVID restrictions.
Lots of variety in shope. Lots of people. Stores limited their capacity. Well worth the stop.
Positive experience in terms of attention given due to Covid protocol. All stores we went were very carefull about social distancing, and hand sanitize etc. Stores are spreadout and walking alleys have adequate space to maintain space even on weekends. Deals were very good. Parking is challenging and need to walk a lot.
Just thought that the Nike store could have make my experience better they had 2 lines I was in the second line my wife had went to the wash room. I was told that I would not be able to proceed to first line because my wife was not with me .customer service didn't try to resolve the situation
Boxing day sale is not worth at all. Basically there is no special sale this year. Expensive than regular sale. The only spend was coffee at mac donalds ????. Waste of gas to go there !
Very nice place and easy access from QEW. A lot of stores to choose from.
Lots of famous brands outlets. Prices are reasonable and mostly come with good discounts. Food court is available with lots of options. Parking lot is free.
This is a great place to spend a Saturday lots of different shops love the semi covered outdoor plaza feel. Lots of free parking.
AMAZING place, had food stores, clothes l and much more!
This was my first time visiting the outlets in Niagara. Boyfriend took me here for my birthday and to do some Christmas shopping. We found some great deals, had some beavertails and spent some money. Will definitely have to come back in the summer.
Nice place..they follow social distancing and all stores had sanitizers. Not very crowded, felt safe to shop during covid
Massive outlet. Good deals even before black friday
Great outdoor space and shops selections! Lots of parking spaces.
Nice outlet has lots of options clean spacious and not crowded good for a stop over when going to niagara.
Not Very Special... I will go there if that is only the last place left to shop! Update: 12 Aug 17, meh still same. Unless you are in need of something, does not worth the trip!
Pretty much your standard shopping outlet style outdoor mall. On a hot day be prepared, there is little shade and because of the surrounding buildings, there is little breeze. There are lots of shops currently open with limited occupancy, some shops have no lineups while several of the clothing type shops have lines waiting for access. A few good deals spotted.
Has good deals and the lululemon outlet is pretty killer. Lucky outlet is pretty good. American eagle barely has deals. Nike store is lined up in multiple line ups - I don’t get it - never used to be that way for Nike. The rest is a normal outlet mall.
This isn’t an outlet mall, it is just an outdoor mall. Every item we looked at was the exact same price as the stores in our mall at home. Still a great place to walk around and shop, but don’t expect outlet pricing
Lots of great stores and places to eat. Well worth the drive from London.
Lots of choices of stores, great deals in most stores!
Was at the Outlet collection June 11th for the first day of reopening. When entering the mall there are signs posted everywhere that MASKS are mandatory during your visit. There were so many people and lines everywhere with NO masking going on and absolutely NO enforcement from the mall or security, the mall needs to step it up immediately foe everyone's protection, not to mention maybe counting the number of people you are letting in!!!! Every other mall has capacity limits, just because you are an Outdoor mall be more responsible!
Busy at times... fairly covid safe for all . Line ups at name stores like nike. All stores enforce face masks. Lots of parking. Although known as a outlet mall. Its not a discount mall, but variety is good.
It's not really best deal in town. You can find best deals outside. Always Nike is the only place seems to have deal.
It is good, you can have all the brands at one place. But rather driving to Niagara for shopping I would go to Oshawa centre. I has less brands but nice collection not like half of the products are either gone or yet to come.
Love the ambiance of shopping at the outdoor outlets. On a summer's day it such a nice stroll!
Love this place! I have very fond memories from over the years. I’ve noticed with covid that people are really terrible at wearing their masks though - I don’t know if it’s because they’re outside so they think they don’t have to, but I wish the mall would enforce it better.
The Pepper Palace is my new favorite store
