We waited one month for our appointment. Cameron attended at our residence and quoted in excess of $30K for updates to our very small side yard (approx 500 sq ft). While I thought this was astronomical, I was willing to play ball and requested a breakdown for each aspect of the design. Cameron indicated he would take measurements and email me the information. Well Cameron never got back to me. My gut says he wasn't seeing dollar signs, so he dropped us. I find this highly unprofessional because he wasn't willing to work with us to justify the $30K. He wanted us to be all in without any questions. In the end it was a colossal waste of our time. Suffice to say we would prefer to work with someone who is transparent and responsive.

Niagara Outdoor had recently completed some necessary fencing and gates to the beach at our Lake Erie home. Sadly shortly afterward the dreaded Halloween Storm of 2019 came and smashed everything to bits. Trevor and the guys came out and helped us plan out how best to rebuild and put up temporary structures to keep our pets safe. They have just completed new stairs and gate to the beach. The thought and planning on how to design to withstand hurricane force winds and potential waves ended with a more beautiful structure than we could imagine. Took away a terrible experience and have given us confidence and pride in our home. Professional and caring staff made it a pleasure to work with them once again!
