We had the best experience with HELT. They are very professional and informative. Their products are very detailed, unique and has the highest Quality I have ever seen. Our custom builder recommended HELT for our house. Once we visited the showroom and had our meeting with them, our decision was made quickly. It was a smooth transaction from beginning to end. Highly recommending HELT!!!

We ordered window screens for our home. When we placed the order and gave the deposit we were told it would be 3 months. It ended up taking 6 months to get the screens. When the screens FINALLY arrived we were sent a final invoice, which we paid. We then received a request for more money. There was a miscommunication with my husband where I thought the final bill had not been paid in full so I sent them the additional funds. It turns out that we had overpaid and when I asked to have the money refunded they refused. They claimed that they had sent the wrong amount on the final invoice. This company is either poorly organized in the accounts department or incredibly shady in their business dealings. If you can, go elsewhere!

My husband and I purchased our PVC Windows from HELT . We were referred to HELT by our Architect. I can't say this enough, but we have had the best experience from the beginning to the end. Their products are top quality, and the guys were beyond amazing. They delivered our products in time, and I highly suggest using HELT. They are loyal and dedicated.

If I could I'd give -5 here. I had Hans install windows and doors in my new home here in Ontario in spring 2018. Unfortunately the windows and doors of this place did not even sustain one winter and despite of Hans claiming they were top of the class, they were leaking causing temperature loss and increased hydro bills. Hans was not willing to resolve my claim and/or compensate me for his embarrassing work. Instead he suggested I should "go and try my luck finding someone better". Be warned about getting any service offer from HELT. Avoid the trouble and seek assistance from a professional place.
