Under a lot of renovation. Much noise from the year-long (closed) parking garage repairs. And garbage chute repair. Mandatory window and partial wall replacement in the units. This a great inconvenience to existing tenants. You cannot be in your unit several days while they knock out the old windows and frame and the old thru-the-wall HVAC system. And replace it all with a new larger window area. As part of this renovation they will be filing for an above-the-board rent increase for 2022. The tennis court listed as an amenitiy on their website is permanently closed and to become a new condo.

I was initially drawn to Audax as result of favourable profiles in the media, such as the Toronto Life piece on their New York style loft, and my familiarity with their sleek design work at The Chase and One Restaurant at the Hazelton. Fortunately, my experience was that Gianpiero's design savvy was matched by his devotion and attention to clients. Overall, I am extremely pleased with their work and am not surprised to see their name cropping up all over the city. Thank you GP and team!
