Have visited this store 3x to check out their homes. We have not bought an RTM but when we do we will buy here. Beautifully built homes and excellent layouts. Price is competitive. Friendly staff.

I was at first a bit taken back at the lack of service we received on our visit. We just came back from a week of holidays, covid lockdown style partying at our cabin. Yes, we looked rough and broke ???? so nobody gave us the time of day. Not one person came to help us or give us any information.. what we wanted to see, has locks all over it. Only one person was outside eating their lunch and yelled over the fence to us to sign in, Which we already did. Felt messy and unorganized and not a company I want to hand half a million dollars too!!

Loved being able to look at the homes, no one came and spoke with us while we were there, so we just wandered though the couple of house that were open. Houses were all greatly presented.

The sales people were very accommodating and provided the necessary information to help my family make a decision on a home. The show homes are nicely setup, so that you can take a look through them all in a small amount of time. We even received a free Recycle Everywhere bag from Star!

I have waited a year to post any review as I wanted to let the experience and house settle before sharing. I felt very looked after until the house arrived... The house came with quite a few problems that were supposed.to be rectified that weren't. The ceilings and walls dont match up properly we had a drywaller come in and tell us that he would have to replace the entire ceiling to fix it. We had holes in the walls for vents that lead to nothing! The walls were painted with im assuming a spray gun that was obviously clogged because our walls have chunks sprayed all over them. our kitchen counters dont match up in the seems and are already peeling away at the seems. All of our exterior doors and some windows were installed improperly. I am beyond disapointed that I have to now renovate a brand new house. After sending photos and emails to star we were told that a refund or rebate for fixing the cracks from settling was what they were willing to do for us....
